Kim was terrific. I've traveled to this area for work and miss how nice people are especially Kim and the General Manager. I was treated like an old friend coming home and that type of service isn't found too often throughout the rest of the country. Kim went out of her way to greet me, make me feel at ease with the menu and went above and beyond with not just me, but everyone she was serving. She had a deeper knowledge of the menu and even answered a question for me in anticipation of something I was wondering about. Who can do that? She basically read my mind and that tells me she was very attentive and thoughtful in her approach. Many kudos to Kim. Shari's is lucky to have her and I as lucky to have met her and have her as my server. Thanks for the great experience. It's very good to see that Sharis is still a thriving business. Very friendly Waitress

Reiner, our server was extremely attentive. He came and checked on us often. He also has a really easy going attitude and jokes with us every time we come in.

Prompt service. Polite pleasant waitress. Comfortable and clean Service was prompt. Excellent follow up by waitress. I'm out of sentences.
