I have not visited the Kennewick location for over a year due to the horrible service, unreasonable wait times and terrible food. I have never had such terrible service dining out as I have had at the Kennewick location (multiple visits). I thought I would give them another chance the other day though, thank goodness! I had a great experience! My server Delores was so kind and friendly. I was on my lunch break from work and she made sure that my lunch was served on time. I was so surprised at the complete turn around! Great staff and food! I am looking forward to coming back soon! Thank you!

Always good food and delicious pie

I took my friend there to celebrate her birthday and Shari's did not disappoint. Dolores gave us great service and knows the menu well. We had a great time.

The salad as usual was excellent. The restaurant was clean. Service by Kim (205712) was excellent. When we travel, we usually look for a Sharis because we know the food, service and cleanliness will be excellent. Have only been very disappointed once in about 30 years.

The food was delicious. Shari’s is a friendly place and we feel comfortable dining with you. Finally, our waitress was great...fast friendly and efficient!
