Prompt service, restaurant clean and quiet and no problems

Our server Delores was very friendly, took our order promptly and checked back to make sure every thing was good, more than once. She even noticed something missing in my order and corrected it before I was aware it was missing. The best server I've had in a long time, maybe ever and we let her know that. We really enjoyed our breakfast of biscuits and gravy and a spring spinach omelette (without blue cheese since I react to that) they were delicious. Thanks!

I asked about what was in a pie and the server, Faith, didn't know. She went and asked another of the staff, and they didn't know either. However, she continued to ask until she found someone who did know, so I got my answer. It is unfortunate, but I have been to many places where if an associate does not know the answer, they will simply tell you they don't know and not bother to try to find an answer. I was very pleased and impressed with her determination for customer service/satisfaction!

I was highly satisfied with my experience because it was a good atmosphere and had delicious food for my boyfriend and I to celebrate our anniversary.

My friend and I visit Sharis nearly every Sunday. The staff knows our names; they always greet us cheerfully, and we always enjoy our visit.
