Shari's

We go to this particular Sharis every week. We are greeted by name and taken to our table ASAP. Although there has been some turnover in waitresses/Waiters, we know most of the remaining employees by name and they usually know right off what our preferred drinks are and how we like our food cooked depending on what we order. We all really enjou going her and the remodel is nice but I miss the quietness of the higher booths.

Today, I had the Apple wood BLT on Texas Toast. It was my first time having it. It was super delicious! 😜 I was a bit surprised that it came so fast since they were moderately busy and the cooks had 5 tickets up. Great job, Shari's Kennewick. 😂

James is always attentive and takes good care if us

We have been going to this Shari's for many years and have come to know many of the servers. They are friendly, joke with us, do whatever they can to make us feel welcome. The new remodeling has made the atmosphere and upgraded lighting a real pleasure.

The new updates and the staff were very friendly and on top of things. We got our drinks and food very fast.

This Sharis' was recently remodeled and looks great we were seated right away and give water and coffee. Each of the people helping us was friendly, quick and informative about the menu. Our table was clean and had everything we need. Great food and service thank you.

Our waitress was very attentive and welcoming. It made us want to come back again.

Because Dolores is the best server I've had in tri cities restaurants period. And the pancakes were out of this world

Love the new décor. Clean and light and inviting. Staff always welcoming. We ask for Delores who always makes us feel welcome, asks about our day, and always makes us laugh at, at least, one thing! She provides fast, friendly service. Thank you!!

Good food. Quick service. I wish they would ask for my Shari's card when I pay though, since I tend to forget it.
