I love how I was greeted as soon as I was seen because all the servers were busy with orders. I was able to order within 4 minutes- which was great considering how many tables had guests.

Annie was a great server. Not happy with the almost free pie wednesday

When I walked in (at 1:45pm), I couldn't believe it. The restaurant was 3/4 full, the manager was helping cook, and the wait staff was moving like a blur. Judy greeted me as she was taking an order out, and Allana (my waitress) gave me a smile going by. I worked in restaurants before, so I understood that they were busy. I didn't have to look at a menu to know what i wanted. I came in for my free pie shake. I saw the Fried Green Tomato burger on the picture thingy on the counter and decided that was what I wanted. Allana came and got my order 4 minutes later- then went back to taking out orders and helping tables. Allana- and Judy apologized when it took a while for my order to come up. But, when I ordered, I saw that there were seven orders at the cooks station. So, I told them that I didn't mind.

My Wife & I always receive the best service from Judy & Kim when we dine at the Sharis on Columbia Center BLVD in Kennewick, Washington

All the food I was served was great. The atmosphere was clean, open, and the music was great. The server was very friendly and courteous and made me think I want to come back for more.

The two waitresses (Shirley and one other) were extremely helpful for our preferred seating, cleaning the table very thoroughly since prior patrons had just vacated the table, the remodel done in January 2016 was simply outstanding: open, clean, decor super including carpet & upholstery was excellent -- and most importantly, the manager of this Sharis (new since last October 2015) was extremely friendly and wanted to make sure that we were satisfied with everything -- Overall Outstanding. Sharis corporate management is to be congratulated for taking the bold and expensive step of updating (complete remodel) of its rather antiquated earlier facilities. Like always, cleanliness, friendly / knowledgeable / helpful staff and good food are critical but the decor is the icing on the cake. Thanks for improving our options. Sterlings (Queensgate/Richland WA) will no longer get the lions' share of our business. ray robinson
