Shari's

The only problem we have experienced in the last three visits is the building is too cool.

I came in to get the "Pie with free a la mode" and coffee. I luuved the French Vanilla ice cream that came with it. The entire staff (once again) was very nice to me.

Service was fast and friendly

I was in Kennewick for an emergency personnel convention. Sharis was located close enough so we could walk from our hotel. 6 or 7 of us came together. The first night we had come to get some food after a party. This was the first night we had Annie as a waitress. She is the reason we came back for each night we were here. She was very nice and polite - this has been by far the best Sharis experience we've ever had. She told us that doing this helps her to be evaluated so were sitting here filling this out. And we never fill these things out.

Everything went well and we were enjoyed the meal.

The new décor is very inviting, relaxing and open. Our waitress was and has been in the past, very friendly and efficient. She is one your most friendly employees. Delores, 56513, should be recognized for her customer service, that is one of the reasons we return to Sharis.

The menu offers an excellent variety, and the addition of salmon chowder was a delightful surprise. Each of us (4) ordered different items which were excellent, and served at the same time. We sat talking for some time after we finished eating. The staff offered desert and more beverages, but gave no indication that we should hurry away. I ordered a pie to take home, and the young woman at the counter was quick, efficient, and courteous. My granddaughter selected the restaurant for our dinner because she likes Shari's. I was not disappointed.
