The risen I am highly satisfied with my experience at Shari's is because the staff are polite. When we walk into Shari's we are greeted by the staff. They immediately seat us and ask us what we would like to drink. The value of the food is reasonable. The atmosphere has always been pleasant.

Our server,Shirly, was very friendly and right on top of things. The food was very good, as usual!

Our server James was great but someone in the kitchen called him away from our table twice which caused paying customers (us) to have longer wait time for coffee and other drinks. We did discuss the matter with the manager and it was received well. Did not get his name but he was very receptive and willing to fix the issues which was appreciated. Ty
