Shirley and Christi are excellent waitresses.

The hostess who took my order was very nice and made sure my whole order was in the bag before I left.

Great service and neat place to eat!!!

When I arrived it appeared to be a very busy time. I was seated very quickly. My server brought water and took my order very quickly even though it was obvious she was scrambling to get to everyone. My food arrived quickly for as busy as they were and my server checked in with me soon after. Overall a good experience. I drive a truck and count on Sharis to be near many of the hotels I stay at because I know I can count on them to be open and consistent with friendly staff.

They always recognize us when we come in. Treat us well . Get good Service.

Friendly staff and excellent service

We were seated immediately upon entering. The waitress was very attentive and was, while professional, still very friendly. Delores wore a smile all the while she served us.

We have dined at Shari's for years. Our local restaurant was recently renovated and updated and is really very nice. We know several of the servers and they are all friendly and efficient. We kid the manager about giving Delores a speeding ticket - he says he can't catch up to her to give her a ticket! All in all, a great place to eat in Kennewick.
