They knew very little of gluten allergies. Nothing at all.

The turkey dinner didn't seem fresh it tasted like package,i will not order that meal anymore

server was too busy speaking with older lady doing something on cash register or in back with the cooks had to get up to find someone to refill our water glasses had to wait over 10 minutes for server to come out on the floor to pay for our meal

We are regular customers at this Sharis and have noticed many changes in the menu and the prices. Some items have been removed and the cost of several foods have gone up to the point that we may stop visiting as often as we have. The waitresses/waiters are great, but sometimes our food is cool or we have to wait a long time to receive it. Not the waiters fault as they check on our order often. I called and placed an order for 2 pumpkin pies and when I went to pick them up at the scheduled time, there were no pies waiting for us and no order to be found. Luckily, there was one pumpkin pie available. Very disappointing. You don't offer AARP discounts either.

The food was good ,,,just not very hot ! it took quite awhile to get our order and really the restaurant was not that busy ! we did appreciate them splitting the meal for us and we will go back again !

It was really cold in the restaurant. I assume it's because the servers are rushing around and are hot, but it was uncomfortable for us. However, we didn't complain, but that usually does no good.

The soup and salad were a little disappointing. As I mentioned, the soup was pretty thick and pasty. The salad was not generous and the leaves were limp and beginning to turn brown.

There wasn't enough help...only one wait person and the manager. The restaurant got busy so we just had to wait; for a to-go box, and for the check. Not blaming the waitress as she was doing the best she could with minimal staffing.

I was very satisfied going to Shari i love all the servers there they all are very nice my server this time was Sandra very helpful person
