There was nothing really WRONG, just wasn't worth a HIGHLY rating. My bacon was cooked more than I asked. My order had bacon and sausage, which wasn't bad, just not what I ordered. My husband, same thing and he only ordered sausage. Only 2 people ordered water w/lemon. Waitress brought all but one of the waters with lemon, stating she didn't remember who had order lemon so just brought most with it. Came back several times to ask who ordered what food. Had to check the bills (3 different ones) over several times to make sure they were correct.

I wasn't highly satisfied because of the time. It took to get my lunch. I even told my server. That the kitchen had to go to Famous Dave's. To go get my lunch.

Not enough staff to help. I believe that is the reason for my dissatisfied

I was satisfied overall. I feel the prices are a little high for the quality, but the portions are okay and the environment is good. It's a nice place to hang out for a while and work or socialize

Eggs were very undercooked!! First time that has happened!!

More staff

Near the end of our meal my friend's glass suddenly exploded, spraying glass on us and our things and even across the areas nearby. While the server was very attentive and staff made sure we were alright, I was disappointed that we weren't compensated in some way--like giving us our meal for free! It was quite a traumatic experience. The server and manager agreed to make another salad for my friend who had not finished eating, but the other two of us received no compensation. Also, several of the restaurant employees told us this had happened a couple of times before. Shouldn't the restaurant look at getting different glasses?

The hollandaise sauce was sparing, and what I did get was soaked into the bread. This probably would not have happened if I ate in the restaurant. I could have then asked for bread on the side and a small container with more sauce. The waiters/waitresses are excellent at this Kennewick Shari's. The general manager takes an especial interest in his customers. Friendly to come back to.....

It was good but always can stove for a little more. Won't revisit because we don't live here. Staff was friendly and professional. As a paralyzed Navy Veteran, the accessible parking was not very convenient although it was to code. The ramp into the store was difficult to climb.
