Honestly I think that $7 for TWO pancakes is way overpriced!!! They were alright pancakes but not the best and certainly not worth $7. In this case I plan on going somewhere else where I can get more for my money.

We are Seventh Day Adventist and do not eat pork. When asked to sub toast for bacon, the waitress stated she could not. If there is not an option of turkey bacon or chicken sausage, a toast substitution makes sense.

The floor manager was not very nice. We had started with one of our favorite waitresses and she had barely gotten our drink order when she was told to go to another section. Another of our favorite waitresses proceeded to take care of us. As we were leaving I, with a joking tone, told the floor manager that she had taken our waitress away. She, sarcastically, responded with, "Oh well, that's the way the cookie crumbles", as she walked away from us. We are regular customers at Shari's going in at least twice a week or more. We bring family with us. The other managers an all the waitresses greet us very friendly and take care of us ASAP. Not happy with this woman's attitude,

Not enough staff on duty

sandwich was not what I expected and fruit was what i dont like

Not the stores' fault. They were very busy and we were ordering whole pies to go. It took a while to get to us as they were busy seating guests.

Normally this does not happen with the this waitress but for unknown reasons she was not able to start attending to us in the normal timing that we are accustomed from her. We were not pushed for time so all was OK.
