Our server Dolores was such a friendly and courteous person. She was at our table often to make sure we had everything we needed. Our food was very good!!

the restaurant was cold & I ordered a grilled cheese with soup, I got the soup but only half a sandwich. plus didn't have the whole pie I wanted.

Shirley was AMAZING!!!!! Very friendly and very fast and attentive. My husband's chicken fried steak was over cooked and the gravy didn't taste good. My meal was good.

It was cold out, and when seated, it was in an area where air conditioning was on. I suspect it was malfunctioning but I needed to continue to wear my coat to dine.

The building was cold. I was moved from being next to a window to an inside table and the building was cold there, too. A double entry door needs to be put in to keep the cold weather from blowing into the building and keeping the warm air inside.

Furnace was not working a little cold

I felt that for the quantity & quality of food, the price was a little high compared to other restaurants of this type.

Length of time to receive meal

Everything is wonderful.

When I go out to eat, I do it to enjoy the food and relax. I don't like to be rushed. when I order a salad and entree I like to get my salad first and have time to eat and enjoy it before my entree comes and sits getting cold while I finish my salad. or have to eat my meal and not enjoy my salad. I tell them not to rush it. but the main meal comes very quickly... but this is typical of most every restaurant not just Sharis. I go to Sharis alot and generally am well satisfied with the food. Once the spinach salad was not fresh. but generally the food is fine, service people are always friendly and nice. I will continue to eat there. and like that there is a large selection and prices are reasonable..
