Kim did a great job. The food was good

Waitress not very friendly. Wrong order delivered to able> Food cool!! Not the best experience I've had here!!

Waitress for got to ask me if I has a Sharis card when paying the bill and I did not get any credit for eating as Sharis.

Would like more fresh, vegetarian options. Almost every entree includes ham or bacon. What's up with that? While not strict vegetarian I generally avoid animal products -and pork, along with most meat products these days are produced by unconscionable methods. Which is so not good for anything or anyone on this planet.

Mostly those things I rated as Satisfied were because I felt they were to expected standards of a good restaurant, but not necessarily outstanding

the menu is very limited. Frankly while good was boring. I remember sharies use to have more selection. I do love the coffee, at that hasn't changed.

We were seated in a timely manner and greeted upon entering. However, Mattalyn 356488 was not happy that we requested another table, she was not attentive as we sat down. I noticed that the table was dirty and had to wait until we received our water. We gave our server our requests for drinks and she called my husband "hun" which was completely inappropriate, especially since we could be her grandparents. She seemed very hyper & her bangs were too long and hanging in her face. My food was cold, seems Mattalyn forgot because another server brought our food. When I asked about cheese cake she told me it was too expensive, not a good selling point and it's relative. Kim was another server who appeared more mature and stopped by our table to check on us, I wish she had been our server she was very sweet and relaxed. The food tasted very good, which is huge to us, flavor is everything. The decor is updated and clean.

Highly Satisfied means nearly perfect. The table was wet when we were seated. The salad needed some iceberg lettuce along with the fancy stuff. The salad portion was small. The prime rib was OK, but I do not care for the seasoning. I was lucky this time, the seasoning was relatively sparse, so it was better than the last time when the seasoning was thick. Better would be no seasoning at all.
