It took way to long to place my order and Prime Rib was wrong size and not cooked to my order. I like the atmosphere and the value of the food, but would not order prime Rib again. Still lots to choose from on the menu when I next return though.

Menu change

The restaurant was too cold. The person who took our drink order but got it wrong so had to get another drink.

It was a little noisy from other customers

In your defense, we were in a hurry. We let server know what our time constraints were and she said no problem. however there seemed to be no attention once she said that. We ended up over rushed and taking food out. However the Manager noticed what had happened and offered free slice of pie out of consideration. I ate at home and my partner wasnt able to eat her meal.. I think she did get to eat the Cheesecake though .. lol

Food was quick sevice was good. Prices compared to size big me a little tho.

Everything was fine except that we didn't get our food very soon and we did have to wait awhile to place our order because the wait staff was very busy...they could have used more help. We were pleased that it was finally not as cold as it usually is! Thanks for listening to us.

service was slow for as few people that was in restaurant at time.

I believe the problem is the cooks... Different cooks .. Food has a different results

Only 3 servers on duty. They were efficient, talented, and truly over-whelmed by the number of guests. This is a holiday with LOTS of people out and about. To only have three servers is absurd. They were really hustling but they were definitely having difficulty keeping up. This makes it hard for good people to make a good impression for themselves and the restaurant.,
