The appearance of the server was not satisfying. He had dirty hands, a dirty shirt and a dirty pants, Plus the fact that the bottom f the water pitcher was dirty.

There was lots of empty tables but still had to wait to be seated. It seemed to be short staffed. It was also pie shake sale or something going on so that was causing some wait time for staff to make which slowed them down.

As a new vegetarian a few more salad options that don't have protein would be very nice (specially at a reduced cost) as the protein is generally the expensive part. The Pies are fantastic. Our server Matty showed off her beautiful smile and was very helpful at helping us have a great time. Thank you!

Cook was not familiar with how to prepare a patty melt sandwich but overall satisfied with attendant and overall service.

We like Shari's but have, in more than one restaurant, found the service to be slow. There always seems to be someone "out sick" or gone and the wait staff has too many tables to handle. I would like to say that the waitresses themselves are always very friendly and helpful - they just have to many people to take care of.

Salad much smaller and not serve in a bowl just on same plate as sandwich

the server that took our order seemed overwhelmed, was not polite when we said thank you when she brought our food, in other words was not polite in saying thank you or your welcome to us when we said it to her.

Shirley, our waitress was very quick and attentive with our orders. She kept us appraised of the order being cooked, and was very nice and polite with us. I'd return again just because of how bubbly and positive she was. The order of a cheeseburger and breakfast standard took 25 minutes to reach our table. Perhaps more cooks are needed.
