Shari's

We were seated by a wonderful lady named Jessica (I remember this, because we share a name). We were looking forward to her being our waitress, but a lady named Annie took over and was rude to the initial waitress behind the divider next to our table - well within earshot. She was confusingly on top of and not on top of things at the same time; she was over-eager to take our order, but when we needed a minute because it was our first stop at a Shari's, ever, it took her absolutely forever to come back. She wasn't ever rude to us, but she certainly wasn't pleasant. It was definitely a disappointment. Also, both of our burgers were rather bland and unimpressive - and both of us ended up feeling rather ill a couple hours later. Overall, we definitely weren't impressed.

Asked for a water when I recieved my beverage, did not get it until I mentioned it again when I recieved my food. Server did not check on us, asked for our orders and did not see her again until we recieved our meals. Dropped off check before mentioning being ready, she mentioned she would check on us again and she failed to do that as well when we were hoping to order something else

The food was not hot the toast and hash browns were cold and we were at the end of morning shift change so waitress shift was over by the time we were finished so we got a different one at end

My sever seemed nice but was ruid to her coworkers and I don't like that I'm never sitting in her section ever again

I used to come into Sharis once a week to get the spring spinach omelette. I absolutely loved it! The past 6 months or so I have gone into this particular Sharis and ordered that same omelette. The first time I got it I was disappointed because it looked like scrambled eggs with spinach and stuff just thrown together. I thought it might be the cook. I went back a few more times. When it was the same, I thought they must have changed the way it was made. I mentioned it to my server. I was told that they are under new management and that everything is measured. This Sharis is the same one that I went to when I would go once a week to get the spring spinach omelette. It used to be made looking like an omelette with avocado on top. Now it looks like scrambled eggs with stuff in the eggs. For the price that is charged it is definitely not worth it. I would love to have my original spring spinach omelette back.

Food was ok at best. Are waitress was the best part of the whole deal!!

It took forever for our drinks when it's not that busy. I'm a server and I know how it works. My food wasn't very warm and just didn't taste very good. I'm surprised at the service and food, since you guys just remodeled you'd think you would do better.

Fruits that were presented, were 2/3 not fresh. Waitress's only response to this was 'oh I'm sorry' and just left my table. There was higher expectations on more variety of fruits, but there were only grapes and honeydew..... With LETTUCE?????

It always takes forever to get the food you order. We were in a while back and I ordered pancakes and they were cold. We did not go back for a while. We went in today and after 45 min. ask when our food was coming. While we were there another couple near us ask about their food and soon after walked out . WE would go more often because it is close and convenient if there were not so many problems .
