I ordered my meal from the older waitress, and waited for my meal to be served, which it was, later than usual. There was no toast with my meal that I had ordered, and I waited about 20 minutes for it to be delivered to my table, AFTER I had finished eating my meal. The waitress said the cook had place my toast in an unusual place, which she could not see and pick up. I did not enjoy eating my toast after my meal, and did not blame the waitress, but wish the cook was better organized, and placed meal parts together so I could enjoy my meal. I usually enjoy eating at this restaurant, and seeing the waitress staff do a fantastic job. My waitress was not able to do a fantastic job because she did NOT have the assistance of the cook. I sure hope this problem is fixed SOON, so I can go back and enjoy another meal there soon!

took too long to get salad....then entree came too soon...and the steak was well done and not med well....it wasn't hot and the baked potato was barely luke warm. needed water refilled..

Server used her hands on my ice cream for my cherry pie milkshake. The cook who made the nachos microwaved it so much the nachos cheese pulled pork stuck together and the nachos broke in clumps totally garbage look. I should have taken a pictures for Facebook. The nachos picture did not resemble the the bowl mass of nachos MT Saint Helens mess. But it tasted okay. Will never buy it again and will warn my friends of this Restuarant lack of food handling. The place was just refurbished and looked great but that’s where it ends. The manager, no where to be seen.

I ordered, then my wife ordered Quiche for breakfast. Later the waitress came back and told my wife they did not have Quiche. My wife had to reorder breakfast. The waitress later brought me my breakfast and told me my wife breakfast would be coming later. I eat breakfast by my self and it was cold. Than when my wife breakfast came she eat by her self. I notices a lady came in and waited for a while. When no one came to seat her she left. We will not be returning to this restrant in Kennewick, Wa. We will go to the Sharis in Richland, Wa. We like to go to the Sharis in Renton, Wa. just off of road 405. I hope they did not treat us this way, because we are Mexicans, my wife and I. I am a retired United States Federal Officer and my wife is also retired. We love Sharis, but we might have to go else where to eat breakfast. It hurts me to wright this at Christmas and New Years time of the year.

Greeter did not make eye contact. Turned out to be our server also. just ordered two slices of pie and two coffees. We were in the restaurant 55 minutes total. it took 15 minutes to eat.

Eggs were too runny for med.whites were slimmy. meat was too dryed outouou,not fresh tasting

Both my husband and I ordered hamburgers, one was a cheeseburger. Both were burned, dry and cold, with cold fries. I had requested no pink for my cheeseburger and it was cremated. The cheese was so thin it just looked like a thin coating of gloss on the meat. Great service from waitress but this is the 2nd time in a row that we have been disappointed with the meal. We love your pies so will probably pop in on occasion to take one home.

This is the second time I ordered a Caesar salad and it was made with room-temperature, slightly wilted romaine lettuce. I order trio of salad, bacon quiche and banana pie. There was approximately 1/2 cup lettuce and 12 croutons. My granddaughters Caesar salad was the same but also had the wilted small stem from tomatoes in it. Years ago it was the best salad. My granddaughters salmon looked overcooked.

Took too long to get a glass of water or a cup to coffee. The hash browns were too crispy - like potato chips and the toast was not brown on both sides only one side of the bread was toasted and the hash browns were cold.....

The hamburger I ordered was dried out broken in pieces and missing the bacon I got charged for. I had to ask for the bacon and when it came it was greasy and undercooked!!
