When I arrived, I was kept waiting for 10 minutes before someone acknowledged me. My waiter seemed like I was an imposition because I was only one person.... in his defense though, they were very busy for 10:30 at night. Food was ok, I felt bad because I had to impose on them for dessert though. Not sure if I'll be back.

My toast was first under cooked, then came back almost burnt. There is a difference between Oatmeal and Grits. I wanted Oatmeal and was told you had it. Third not everyone likes your jelly, no choices.

My food came out cold, and we were not offered a soup or salad with our dinner which in the menu it said it came with one. We did not remember that it was supposed to come with one until we were done with our food, so we didn't say anything. Over all the server was very friendly, other than the forgotten salad we really liked her. The cold food was disappointing because it's the second time in a row this has happened to us.

poor waitress. Served us a small glass of WARM water. When my husband had to ask for a second glass of water later in the meal she refilled it from a pitcher of you guessed it, room temperature water. Seemed as though the whole time it was a real pain for her to wait on us. By the way, there were only 3 other tables filled at that time. She was not busy.

My salad was spoiled and my portion size on hashbrowns was ridiculous. This was a to go order.

You have the same problem over and over. To long to be greeted and seated. The person who greets and seats us is always off cleaning tables and doing other jobs. There were a total of 9 people waiting to be seated. There were plenty of tables from what I could see. A few did not get greeted and asked what they needed to do to get on the list. Some just left. I see this all the time. YOU NEED A FULL TIME GREETER AND REGISTER PERSON ON FRONT DESK/COUNTER. I believe that you better improve the service at front or you risk losing more business. Believe me, I see it weekly. I am about ready to go to Ihop or elsewhere. Also, Always too cold in area by windows... Lets get with it...

Walked in and not busy at all. All teams members could walk by and say hi but nobody would seat us. Once seated got drinks and took our odder. Ordered shakes and they were not good at all. Food was just ok nothing to write home about. Portion size was lacking. Server came by once to check on us and that was all. Still the restaurant was not busy at all. We never received our check from the server. Went to pay and the manager looked at me like I was stupid and where the check was at. He couldn't find the check until we showed him where we were siting. Told him how we felt and he didn't care. We told him 0 tip and he didn't care.

I was overcharged after driving from the Richland Sharis to the Kennewick Sharis to purchase a pie. Then when I called the person addressing the issue acted as if it wasn't a big deal, even after I told him I had drove from another city to purchase this pie. I couldn't even tell what his name was when he was addressing the problem I believe it was Max.

When we arrived the waitress offered us a table, we asked to have a booth, she was rude in saying she didn't have any clean ones available. There were 4 tables in the entire restaurant seated at this time. We entered the restaurant at 1:50 am and we received our food at 2:45 am! 3 of the 4 tables already had their food when we arrived! I worked at this Shari's in the late 80's and early 90's this is very unexceptable.

I placed an order off the regular menu for the Chicken Fried Steak Dinner. When my food arrived the mashed potatoes, vegetables and gravy were at room temp, and the portion size of the steak was the same as served on the senior menu. I told the server about the problem and she willingly agreed to bring me some hot gravy. When she came back with a side of gravy it was still cold. Needless to say the only thing on my plate that I ate was the meat and the roll. A lot of money for a substandard meal. I would like to think that what I have said would prompt you to do something for me to show you don't want to lose a customer of over 20 years. This restaurant has not been living up to past standards recently and we have limited our visits because of the poor quality of the meals.
