Shari's

We went to breakfast as Sharis on a Sunday. I ordered the Bavarian burger. We received our food and my first bite into the burger my pretzel bun was cold, like it had been frozen, attempted to be microwaved but didn't get heated enough. I immediately told our waitress Allana after the first bite and she said she would take care of it. I got a new bun but the same burger and as she sat it down she said that she would be going to break. she never checked back to see how my new bun was or have her replacement come by and fill our empty water glasses. First bite into that one it was also cold. I know mistakes happen but they should be corrected the first time. She should have waited to go to break and make sure my replacement was ok. We likely won't be coming back to this Sharis.

Had the worst food, hash browns were burnt, steak was dry, and the service was poor. Will not return.

The hostess and waitress were both very rude and unpleasant.

Steak and rice were served ciold! Soup was too creamy or thick and very salty! Server was kind to offer the cheaper (maybe senior meal) of sirloin steak with 2 sides. We should have stuck with the regular on menu. We liked what was on the plate as picture presented. We weren’t exactly trying to save. We just wanted a GOOD dinner why we went to Shari’s. Disappointed as we were, we finished the meal anyway. I indicated a small ( disappointed) tip . Thanks! Charge on our card, did not include the tip.

We stood at the door for five minutes before we were recognized or acknowledged. The waitress had to clean the table before we could be seated even though the restaurant was less than half full. When we were seated it took another 8 minutes or longer for the waitress to come with glasses of water period when our order was taken it took several minutes and several interruptions before we can complete our order for 4 people. When our waitress brought out our meals she only brought out three meals with no explanation about where my son's hamburger and fries were. The other three people started eating their meals and we're almost completed before my son's hamburger and fries came out. There is no explanation or apology so we ended up taking most of his meal to go we did order a pie to take home with us. At the register we were charged $3 more than what we were told this pie was and when we asked about it we were told we would have to become members to get the price we were quoted. When the manager asked us if we wanted to become members my husband politely said we did not plan to return. To this there was no response by the manager and we left

Our food took over 35 minutes to receive, when we received it it was cold, and undercooked. We never received drink refills on our water or our coffee. The restaurant was not busy and Our waitress ended up ignoring us to the point another waitress checked on us and offered put our food in the microwave so we could eat it.

Took a long time to receive order & then had to ask for silverware & didn't get a full set. Seemed they were short handed, people were being served first before us who we came before them. I thought meal was expensive; hamburger & onions rings-$12+

Customers who came in after us received their beforeus.as a result our food was just warm.We ate anyway didn't want to wait again to get our foof.

Everything i asked for they did not have or was told had the last of it. The menu was grimy and the table and seats felt dirty-greasy. The food was not good. The hashbrowns were beyond cooked.

Family of 6 out to enjoy an early Thanksgiving dinner together because we can't be together on that day. Got there only to find out that you didn't offer turkey dinners as part of the dinner selections any more. Probably less than 10-12 customers there at the time. Order was turned in and had to wait over a half-hour to get orders, which came out sporadically because of your stupid processing system whereby your cooks can't prepare the entire ticket at the same time. Complained to the head wait person (manager out) and the waitress who took our order (she was great), but they both told us there was nothing they could do about it. If the waitress hadn't brought it out plate by plate as it was prepared, it would have been cold by the time everything was prepared. Whoever at Shari's thought of this system for cooks to prepare the orders must have rocks in their head. Food was cold, unappetizing, highly overpriced, unattractive (did NOT look like your colorful menus, disappointing, and hands-down the WORST dining experience we have ever been through.
