Food was sent back twice to be cooked more and still undercooked. I heard the cook yelling at the waitress about my food. The waitress was not able to get my order right from the cook who was not willing to cook it right.

Didn't feel welcomed to the establishment, first time there yet was expected to know the menu and everything around it.

The taste and appearance of the food was horrible. We ordered the fish and chips with salmon chowder. The soup tasted like salmon but that was all. There was one cube of potato in each bowl. Just had an overall bad taste to it. The fish and chips looked as if they had been sitting in oil for hours. Even though the coating on the fish was brown it was raw doughy inside. Not a lunch that was very appealing to say the least ... I did stave off my hunger by eating the package of oyster crackers.

As I stated before, the hair on the plate, the undercooked Fish and soggy cool French fries. I was able to eat this food. The manager stated he would get me new fries. I had asked it the fryer was not hot enough when the tried to fry the dinner. and they had NO tarter sauce for the fish. I was not willing to see what else they would do to the food! The manager did finally take my disgusting dinner off the tab. My friend suggested some pie since I did not eat anything but the soup that the waitress brought back after the hair. I can't say that the lemon cream was fresh.

Took over 45 minutes to receive our food. We ran out of coffee and were not asked if we wanted more. we had to flag down some one to refill . French toast was raw in the middle and I had asked for extra crispy bacon and it was under cooked.

Raw cheese on the eggs. Hashbrowns were raw on one side. Waitress did not like the complaint and ignored me. Cashier listened but said that's how it's normally done for the eggs and she didn't like them either.

I ordered a chicken strip dinner. When i finally recieved my order. I had two different types of chicken and a fish strip because i assume they didnt enough to make my plate. When i notified my server she grabbed my napkin and took the fish strip away and brought me back one strip on a plate. All three my fries were cold and my friends eggs from her sharis sample were burned. Not impressed as this used to be my favorite place to eat

Shari's was not busy at all. We were seated when we arrived in a timely manner. Than it took over 15 mins to get to order coffee. We ordered coffee because the fans were on our side.It was 24 degrees outside, that is why we needed coffee. I put a few ice cubes in my coffee and noticed I had a dirty spoon and ice water was had paper in it. When I finally got the server's attention she replaced the dirty with new cups. The fans were never turned off, either the server forgot or not. The other side had 1 fan on. The manager would not turn off the fan but offered to move us to another table. By the time this was offered we were almost done with our meals, not before the meal when we asked for the fan to be turn. The server made it sound like it was a flip of a switch. My 88 year old mother was not comfortalbe and so was I not either. Poor service, cold food, Bad experiance. In fact the manager left

This is the 2nd time we tried Sharis. The food is NOT fresh, eggs served cold. The smell of the resturaunt is unappetizing. The bathrooms stink; and the soap is "water downed". How clean is it?

Arrived 12/24 about 7-8:00PM Many customers waiting to be seated or purchase pies. No one NO ONE came to help until wait of 20 or so min. The help there (TWO SERVERS) two cooks, one greeter/register and one helper. SEVERE HELP SHORTAGE....EXTREME WAIT TIMES FOR ORDERING, FOOD PREPARED QUICKLY BUT SITTING ON DELIVER COUNTER FOR 15 PLUS MINITUES. THESE POOR EMPLOYEES HERE DID THEIR DAMNDEST TO TAKE CARE OF THE CUSTOMERS BUT THEY ABSOLUTELY COULDNOT DO IT. THE ENTIRE FAULT OF THIS EVENINGS FIASCO RESTS SOLELY ON THE MANAGER (man) THAT ONLY WORKS DAYS AND DID NOT SET UP FOR SUFFICIENT EVENING HELP AND DID NOT EVEN CHECK TO SEE IF EXTRA HELP WAS NEEDED. VERY OUT OF TOUCH MANAGER. A TRUE MANAGER MAKES SURE ALL IS COVERED, ALWAYS!!!!!!!!! HE MADE A VERY BAD JUDGEMENT CALL TO SHORT SERVE ON THE EVENING SHIFT, AND LEFT IT AT THAT. A EMPLOYEE I SPOKE TO WAS DISSAPOINTED ALSO REGARDING THIS "MANAGER" At 65 years old, I have been to thousands of restaurants and experienced all sorts of good and bad. This evening ranks in the top 5 of the absolute worst. It is a SHAME that really all is took was to staff CORRECTLY!!!! This "manager" needs to MANAGE MUCH MUCH BETTER!!!!
