This is the 4th time the 3 of us who were there had experienced the same situation, over the last couple of years. The "situation" being the length of time it took from seating, to ordering, to receiving the meal. We also noticed 3 other patrons who left for the same reasons. And we got to where we said to each other: "5 more minutes and we are out of here." Well, at 4 minutes and 59 1/2 seconds the waitress arrived with dinner. We will not go back. The management is just plain not on the ball. The food was OK, the waitress OK.

8 minute wait to be seated. Only 2 wait staff serving a 3/4 filled restaurant. Had to steal silverware from another table. Had to remind our waiter to serve me requested coffee. 4 tables were dirty the whole time we were there. Had to steal condiments from another table once we got our sandwiches. I believe the reason for the poor service is because there was not enough wait staff to serve a restaurant filling up with people. We have eaten at Shari's on Columbia Center Blvd since 1990. It is obvious that SOMEONE needs to re-think the waiter schedule to make sure there is adequate wait staff available for the after movie, bar closing hours. I had a Shari's card that I turned in to the night manager. In the future we will drive the extra 5-10 minutes and go to Denny's Regretfully Yours Jeffrey D. Poor service, inatentiveness, waited too long for everything

They served the children their food. Then about 4 minutes later brought out my husband's. She said that they had made mine wrong and were remaking it. I showed up about 5 minutes later. Then she asked my husband if his was cold. He said that yes it was. She took it back to have it remade. We were all finished eating when his showed up. When the remade them they used the same hash browns and added more grease to warm them up. We could not eat our hash browns. The hash browns that was on one of the children's plate were very good. Those hash browns were only cooked once. when I go out to eat I expect everyones food to arrive at the same time. I was a celebration for successfully competing radiation therapy!

We came in and were seated right away. A small rush of people came in a few minutes behind us. Our waitress was very nice but obviously very overwhelmed. 3 parties seated AFTER us inn our area received their drinks AND food BEFORE us. We were given the excuse that our meal came from a different side of the kitchen. It was longer than 45 minutes shooting down abd ordering until we received our food. One of the parties seated several minutes after us with the same amount of people inn their party had completely finished their and were getting up to pay by the time we got our meal. Not acceptable. Our order was not extravagant and not excessive for 3 people. My husband's skillet came out so lukewarm the cheese on it wasn't even melted. All the meals were the warmness of having been set out for a while before being brought to our table. When we paid for our meal, I let the person checking us out know our dissatisfaction. She just stared at me with this blank look and said ok. There was not so much as an apology or possibly even a discount on a cold meal. My daughter are a quarter of her meal, I ate maybe half. So we paid $43.05 for a very sub par, cold breakfast and really bad service.

this is the 2nd time I ordered a salad with my meal doing the to go service and never got it.. How hard is it to make sure all the food is in the bag! And the 2nd time?? my fault for not making sure!!

Well out server Erica was amazing and did the best she could do with what she was giving. Now the problem alana a server that is here needs better attention on her hair either pulled back or in a bun not in your face over the customers food. Another thing is the servers make the atmosphere in the restaurant so if there not smiling the brother are we the customers

Biscuits and gravy was stone cold. Breakfast panini was cold in the middle, and bread was soggy. Strawberry crepes were very small - not enough for a meal. Cinnamon roll was way too sweet

I ordered a chicken fajita omelette without cheese and peppers. No hasbrowns only toast. When I came the waitress said she was sorry it took so long put they had to remake it because the put cheese on it. When it came it looked like they scraped the cheese off. There was no chicken in the omelette and it had peppers in it which I did not realize until I had eaten some of it. There were also hasbrowns on the plate even though they had removed the majority of them. I ordered my meal without these things because of allergies. Thank God I had an epi-pen with me because I needed it. They took the omelette off our bill but it did not stop the allergic reaction. There are reasons people request certain things be removed from their food. Allergies can be deadly. Your staff needs to be taught this.

We were seated quickly. It took several minutes for someone to take our order. Several minutes later my wife's salad was brought out. No drinks. 20-30 minutes later our food arrived. My wife's meal was Ok. I ordered a spring spinach omalette. The toast was hard-dried out from waiting so long. The hashbrowns were cold. The omalette was lukewarm. The waitress never checked to see how we were doing, if we needed anything. I have had bad service at this Shari's before but this was the worst.
