Very busy restaurant. Two very busy, efficient waitresses completely overwhelmed. Manager was not helping them. Manager yelled at them to get tables turned over. Our meals were cold, burned, funky lettuce, no condiments, wrong drinks, fries never arrived, burger bun had huge fingerprints poked in it. The waitress was RUNNING, she had at least 12 tables that I counted. NOT HER FAULT. The manager, on the other hand, didn't deal with the issues. The waitress said manager was discounting the order due to mistakes on each plate. Didn't happen. We were going to buy pie. There were 9 (nine) people in line trying to pay their bill and the manager wasn't willing to go get the pie. OK. We went to Albertson's and bought pie. We spent close to 2 hours trying to eat a simple meal. Both waitresses were super friendly, super fast cleaning tables, making shakes, seating people. I don't want you to fault the waitresses, they had around 24 tables between the two of them, several of those 6 tops. A dishwasher who stood at the cash register and argued with the manager. A manager who yelled at staff. We saw a dish returned due to mushroom allergy, cook scraped mushrooms off and then returned to grill.

I do not blame the Shari's host or waiter. The meal was hot but that is all I can say about it. I ordered a Denver omelet with hash browns. The omelet contained huge pieces of old red pepper, and the potatoes were nearly raw. Because I had taken a grand child with me and we waited for what seemed 45 minutes to receive our breakfasts, we left when the bill was brought to our table. I hope for this location's sake the cooks' dismal performance is rectified. Shari's HQ has decided to largely do away with the skillet menu - they were savory and delicious - and raised the prices. Speaking for myself, where is the incentive to return? I had preferred Shari's over House of Pancakes and Denny's. I will be reevaluating them as I do not want to travel 10 miles to another Shari's for the same menu.

My salad came with my meal not before and non unlimited supply of syrup along with small portions of French toast, hair in butter and strawberry lemonade didn't taste like it should of...salad was bird size and nothing to it...took 40min to get our meal and left hungry...

I had to send my Prime Rib back 4 times , it was horrible! For $15.99 I would like to have been able to enjoy my meal after sending it back so many times , I got a well done then frozen, then we'll done again and lastly a cold medium well Prime Rib after asking for rare ! I was very displeased and and finally gave up and ordered a dessert just to have something to eat after my husband and son were already done eating. I will not be back to Shari's restaurant again ! $65.50 later and still very upset and disappointed! !!

This visit was not the fault of the waitress. This was not just me having trouble with my order, everyone seated around me were having similar problems. To my understanding, a cook went home sick so I can understand the 45 minute wait on my main course. However, when it did arrive the burger was terribly over cooked and the side salad half wilted. I have been a regular customer, but today was highly disappointing. I left and paid for my meal but I did not eat much of it.

Your server Reiner, at the Kennewick location, restaurant #126 has no personality. Really, bland, boring, and unattentive. Would not ever recommend him to anyone, not even to someone I dislike... 3rd time he was my server and it was NOT a charm.

apparently there was a shift change going on when I arrived, the restaurant was chaotic at best. one person finally came up and I ordered coffee and water, coffee was brought but no water, then I waited 7 minutes for someone to take my food order. I then waited for 25 minutes, still no food, I then asked what happened to my order (different person) this person then checked and they forgot to make it?....finally 8 minutes later I receive it..."special of the day beef stroganoff"....when I tasted it, it was freezer burned. I have been a loyal customer of Shari's from Yakima for 4 years, this place is a joke compared to the rest of the chain...

We were seated in the atrium. It was freezing cold out there. We were the only table seated out there at the time. We asked our server to move us. She stated "no other spots available". She took our order and left. She returned with drinks and we again asked to be moved. "No other tables available". We could see plenty of spots to be moved to. Food did come quickly but had ordered over-medium eggs and they were prepared hard and cold. Husband had ordered his side as a pancakes. Server stated they had to be re-made since she spilled syrup on them. When they finally came, raw in the middle. My hot chocolate was good. Thank goodness since I was freezing and had my husbands coat wrapped around my legs to try to keep warm. Just wanted to eat and get out of there. It was warmer outside.

It was Christmas, and I was expecting it to be busy but we sat at table almost 30 minutes without being greeted or having our drink order taken. We asked another server and was told someone would be with us, when we finally did get to order our drinks/food he forgot to bring us the drinks which I had to then ask again. About 45 minutes later I had to ask for refills and if it would be possible to at least get my salad. 90% of the time our service was no where to be seen and people in other sections that came after us were getting food/drinks/etc. after waiting almost 2 hours to receive food, which my husbands burger was cold, the server said he was leaving and someone else was taking over, to which we never saw or received our check. We had to just ask for our check at the front counter.

They took way to long to seat us than we finally got seat and also took way to long to take our order by the time we got our food it was way to cold and there was a hair in my food...witch you can clearly see...but at least they replaced the part of food the hair was on...buy I'm just saying that I will NEVER come back here again
