First server says be back shortly. 15 minutes later another comes--says the 1st was slammed (there were not very many people seated) she took our order-then never came back. 15 to 20 minutes later another server asked if we were waiting on our check, No we are waiting on our food, which he went and found.served it to us and it was cold! Then I asked the kid who walked by us a bajillion times if we could order or pieces of pie and 2 pies to go. He said I'll go get your server, to which I replied, you served our food, we have no idea who our server is. He left and another server who had overheard the exchange came to the table and said I will go get your pieces of pie and your pies which she did The original server saw her headed to our table with pies and took them from her she rang up our bill and headed to the table for her 2nd visit!then we go to pay- one register, with one kid doing his best to go quickly. Another 10 minutes goes by and I notice a 2nd register-oh we only have one register key- another server comes over-are you paying with debit or credit, Yep Ok come with me-he took us to that 2nd register and checked us out. The whole experience was disappointing!

waitress very busy flirting with other customers. food was served very cold, salad was wilted and either old or was left out. never was offered refills on very exspensive drinks, and out of reach to yell for. had not been for been in a hurry would have asked for my wifes and sons meals to be redone....warm and fresh.

We got there at 1230 AM, only 2 other tables were used, we were told we could order ANYTHING off the menu. Then the server said she had no ranch dressing or ny steaks left, we ordered a dinner salad, a cheese burger with herb fries and nachos. The sever then came back and said they had no tortilla chips, would my daughter like them served with French fries instead. My daughter did agree. While we were sitting there, we could over hear a male employee tell our server that she should be in a wet tshirt contest. My 18 yr old daughter and myself (55) were shocked. I was then served my burger but never asked if I wanted any condiments. I waited for those for about 5 minutes until I saw the server again and asked her. My herb fries were cold. My daughter was then served her make shift nachos after I was nearly done eating my food. The cook did not put any meat on the nachos as the menu had described. We then waited for our check to leave and someone who was sweeping the floor yelled at the server that we needed our check. I chose Shari's cause your food and service are usually great but now I wish would have turned left and went to Denny's. I don't plan on returning to Shari's again.

We ordered steak meal the picture that was shown on the menu was nothing like what we got, meat didnt look like a steak, no flavor it looked pale with some brown and blood to it as if the meat was old it was so gross and tasted gross also. Garlic bread was very tiny was not the type of bread we saw on the menu, my husbands steak was not well done it was still bloody we asked for a manager and the manager didnt meet with us at all and when i was paying she was ringing out a customer after she was done with that customer she walked away even though i was still standing there eventually a young man ended up helping me he was very nice and was the only nice one that even greeted us as well cuz we were being ignored by everyone else. I came to this restaurant 10 years ago and we were sat down after 20 min of waiting with no service we walked out, we tried giving it another chance and this one was a worse experience wont be coming back and will be spreading the word another think keep an ey on the restrooms cuz they were disgusting when i went in there

First it started off with a dirty coffee cup, disgusting lipstick on rim of cup. Next was the bathroom. Never was very clean but seems like things are getting worse at this Sharis. Looking around everything in this place needs attention.

It took OVER 30 minutes to get our food (verified by times on check). Note-we did not have custom orders, just straight from the standard menu. Could not get attention form waitress, and no one else seemed to care. We were going to just leave but our family was starving and the food came just as we were packing up. By the time we got our food, it was cold, limp, and soggy. No extra napkins were ever brought even though we had our children with us. No one finished their food and fortunately we didn't want to go boxes because no one ever came to ask. Terrible.

My wife and I being Veterans Day wanted to go have a nice breakfast at Sharis, we arrived at 1030 A M it was 20 minutes before we got seated, another ten minutes before water was brought to our table and our order taken. We waited 50 minutes for our order to arrive, my wife's order was fine mine was taken back to correct the no cheese that I had requested. The restaurant was very busy I believe because of veterans day. We found out from listening to the Waitresses, who by the way were doing an excellent job under unpleasant conditions that they had informed I assume management that additional help for cooking would be needed on Veterans Day. At approx. 1145 an additional cook arrived and it was not long after that the orders seemed to be caught up. The person at checkout was not very friendly, did not ask how food was or even let me know about this survey, I just happened to notice the survey on my receipt. Overall it just was not a good experience

It took 57 minutes, yes 1 hour to get our food and we asked 3 servers about it and all said that another cook had just showed Up to help, which was a lie. We were sitting at the counter And had been watching the same 3 cooks cook and orders Of people who came in after us being taken to them. We were Right by the cash register and heard the servers telling the cooks And receptionist that 4 different tables let as orders were taking Too long. I would have left but my husband wanted to stay. They Messed up on my breakfast but I ate some of it anyways as I didn't want to send it back and wait another hour!!

Came to the kenniwick sharis the gal that helped us her name was Delores and she was helpful but up the point of our drinks. where she was loud very rude as in rushing us to order. I've never been to a place where there was a waiter that didn't say please or thank you. My boyfriend decided to get our drink only because of Delores running off and right in the middle of me the customer trying to tell her something. I understand they were slammed and were really busy but I want to be satisfied by the fact my hard working money will be worth at least a please and thank you and worthy customer service . I'll be back but I really hope she can work a little harder on her customer service skills.
