Server Christy was very nice to us, felt right at home, not normal serve yah and check, this was friendly place to eat and visit stay longer.

We went there about 4 p.m. We were seated right away and our order was taken soon after and the food arrived quickly. The waiter was very pleasant and efficient.

We live in Federal Way, WA so if we go to a Shari's it will be the one there. We were just visiting in Kennewick and decided to have lunch there. Shari's has very good food and I have always liked them. Menu is very good and a full variety.

Our server was pleasant and attentive, offered options when I was considering the menu and acted pleased that we were at her restaurant. Shirley was delightful.

Im impressed with your clean bathrooms. I also like that on our visits the staff go out of their way to do the little things right. i appreciate the patience that staff takes even when they are busy and pressured by the host of people at the door.
