Great service every time when served by Barbara, who is the best server. Our salads were well prepared to and made to our specifications. Good coffee, better tasting.

Was greeted promptly and gave us menu assistance.Served a beverage and our dinner was served soon and food was tasty and warm,server was friendly and attentive. pie was tasty as usual.

We have been eating there for years and all the servers are very nice, attentive, and we can get smaller portions via your senior menu that are appropriate for our senior appetites. The food has always been good and speedy too! It is nice to have a friendly familiar face at our table and we are frequently addressed with our names. Almost like family only better as there are no arguments or political dribble. We enjoy our visits there.

Service was great. Barbara, my server is he best. Very professional, does always remember the right order and always checking to make sure the meal was to our liking. A great ambassador to Shari's restaurants.

Vicki is awesome. She makes every customer feel like their having a home cooked meal. She's also super friendly and runs the restaurant. Ask for her if you go to federal way.

The crew acts and treats me like I was someone special. The waitress bends over backwards to be sure everything is perfect.

Our waitress was awesome. My group had just gotten back from a night snowboarding trip, and we were all tired and out of it. Bailey got us set up really fast and was attentive but let us carry on our conversation at the same time. She was really funny and made little puns about different things on the menu, so we perked up pretty fast. Our orders came out together and she remembered everyone's pie after we finished our entrees. She even cracked a joke with one of our grumpier group members. It was a great finish to our trip.
