Crystal is very attentive and friendly! And she made sure my mom's cheese sandwich was cooked like she wanted. Thank you to Phil the cook!

Excellent service by Michele, who served us for the first time. Her service was like the other great members of Shari's staff. Order was prompt, and was made specific to our request. Also very high thanks and compliments to Jose, the chef, who prepared the salad to our likings. He is another great member that plays an important role in customer expectations and satisfactions.

My sister and I go to this Shari's every few weeks (it's a midpoint for us) and besides the food being dependably good and reasonably priced, we have gotten to know some of the wait staff...And they us....Feels kind of like home.

My waitress Nicole was one of the funniest, kind, attentive wait staff person that I have ever been served by. What I wanted to order was only served on the weekends, so she was very quick to offer an alternative that turned out to be what I really wanted in the first place (but didn't know it). She rocks and is turning my Thursday night dinner into a must go to the Federal Way Shari's. Tanya (who I am assuming is the manager) is extremely personable and had my birthday figured out on my first visit. I was very impressed by her intuitive nature and ability to make us feel welcomed. I am not a big fan of diners, but this has been a great experience and I plan in making this a weekly meal. And the pie....
