Always enjoy eating at Shari's in Federal Way. The staff is friendly, enjoy being waited on by Barbara, Vickie, Roz, & Brittany. They are always friendly and courteous. The food is prepared and looks better than the picture in the menu. Thanks to the skills Jose or Drake. Never been disappointed by the food, or service. Looking forward to my next visit.

The team here is one of a kind. They treat you as if you were their own family. The service was very fast and the food was amazing. We love Vicki!!!

I ordered a glass of wine and the server informed me that it was half price wine night. It was a better value to buy the bottle.

The staff is always happy to see us and make us feel welcome. They are always helpful in bringing us what we want.

Our server was incredible. Her name is Erika

It was a busy Sunday late morning but none the less we received great service from the restaurant. Our food was delivered very promptly and was delicious! Our server was amazing even with such a busy atmosphere!

Our server knows my order and when there are changes she's quick to adapt with professionalism, a smile, and care. If for any reason I am not satisfied, she makes sure that whatever I order is corrected and/or taken care of. Erika is not only attentive to us, but to every customer, even those who she is not responsible for (not in her area). The staff is always friendly and engaging as they hurry between table and guests.

Our server, Bailey, was attentive, knowledgeable, and most of all fun. I had had a hard day at work and we came into the restaurant because I didn't feel like cooking. By the time we left I was in a 100% better mood. She made our visit fun and enjoyable and I really needed the pick me up.
