Wonderful service and staff.

Our server, Spencer was just that perfect blend of funny, without being obnoxious...professional with all of his tables and knowledgeable regarding the menu questions that we had. My son and his wife took me out for a late night meal, and we spent quite a bit of time in Spencer's section. Not once did we feel like we were imposing on him...which you sometimes feel from servers. The atmosphere in this particular Shari's was, at all times professional. More times than not, when you go out later, you are subjected to inappropriate behavior or discussions by the staff...that was most definitley NOT the case here. It was pleasant and positive! I am a restaurant supervisor at a large casino here in WA...and was a Denny's Mgr for 15 years before that...so trust me when I tell you I know what I am talking about. Your company should be proud to have a team member like Spencer!

I enjoy coming in to see my regular server Rozalin and Phil did an EXCELLENT EXCELLENT job today. I'll be back next Monday

Vicki is a great server. She is very fast. And knows her job well. She is also kind and sweet

The server, Barbara and the assistant manager are always top of the line, but they were even better today in all dining aspects.

We eat at this Shari's 2 or 3 times a week because we like all the friendly people that work there and the food has always been good.

Food interesting and generally good at a fair price. Staff and atmosphere friendly.

The wait staff is really friendly. The food is delicious. Was greeted and seated right away.

Everything about the meal was as I wanted. My only concern is that restaurant's policy is to keep the meal receipt and I had to ask twice for mine before it was returned to me. How does one take the survey without the survey information?
