Service was excellent- Friendly staff

Seated immediately, clean table, etc., friendly (as usual) service. Offered to have pie warmed, offered topping, brought hot coffee and tea promptly. Even though this time we didn't order a meal, waitress was friendly and helpful.

We met our daughter and grandchildren at Shari's. Our server, Spencer, was one of the most efficient and friendly servers we have ever had. He was on top of everything and didn't seem to be bothered by the busyness of the grandchildren. Our orders were exactly what we asked for, he even went the extra mile putting sprinkles on the grandsons milkshake, asking if I wanted a Tea to go, etc. He made our dining experience exceptional. We always enjoy the food, is why we drive from Tukwila to Federal Way to meet our daughter and grandchildren. Shari's is a comfortable place to meet and have children without feeling the need to completely confine the kids to a chair. Thank you for the family environment.

Our waitress Bailey is amazing. We tend to go to Shari's about once to twice a week. She has been there most of the times recently and we basically return because of her. She is friendly, attentive, cheery and all around amazing at her job. We will continue to return as long as she is there.

Was greeted and seated promptly. Ordered as soon as we were ready and check out was a breeze!
