Everything was fine but the steak salad had the wrong dressing. But was corrected satisfactory

Erika is "Always" friendly, attentive, and available for any needs. Never in a so so, average, or poor mood. We request Erika for her service and personality. We've never been disappointed.

Federal Way location is always friendly. Manager Jim greets us and makes us fee at ease . The server Victoria is also friendly & helpful. GOOD Place to dine.

The manager at this Shari's has a great personality. And he is on top of the staff to insure gursts have an exceptional experience. Servers always seem to do a great job.

We like the option of the quick lunch trio and the option to take our pie to go. We always enjoy a quick stop at Shari's for our lunch when we are nearby.

We like the location. The ambiance reminds us of when we grew up.
