I am happy that Jose still remembers how to make the american chopped salad. It was the best salad on your menu (and I tried most of them), and removing it was a mistake. I really wanted a pie shake, but six bucks????? No thanks!!

Shari's was chosen as the place for my friend and I to meet because it was near the half-way meeting point for us both. We had not seen each other in some time, so spent about 2 hours together. After the food was served, eaten and boxed up, no one even asked if we wanted anything else or to refill our empty water glasses. The message it gave me was, "Maybe you will leave if I ignore you".

1. Food took too long when finally brought to table 2. Menu did not have grits. 3. Couldn't substitute one item for another during order. Supposed to be like Burger King (You can have it your way). 3. Denny's has grits?

Nicole was very friendly and competent as the waitress. Good food at fair prices and comfortable atmosphere. Like going their.

Waitress (Nicole) was wonderful. However, the Shari,s club email said a jar of Marionberry jam was available on the next visit with purchase of entree. Unfortunately, none was available. The reward is only available for a one week period. If a promotion is being sent to club members, extra jars should be available to cover the demand. If this cannot be done, then some sort of "raincheck" should be provided.

The american chopped salad was good, but not exceptional. Not really your fault, a salad is only so interesting.

Green onions on the nachos to go with the shallots would have been tasty. The $5.99 milkshake still makes me insane. 2 1/2 years ago it was $4 with a burger. Inflation has not gone up 33% in 2 1/2 years. Make it cheaper.

My sister and I went to Sharis, after getting a special saying national hamburgers day. $5.00 off. We went for that reason. My sisters card when swiped gave her $5.00 off. My turn next, when my card was swiped nothing came up. Not sure why. Manager was called all she would give me was $2.00 off. Not happy.

You are not a five star restaurant. Compared to other options, unless you come for pie, the price is a little higher, but the quality makes that reasonable. This restaurant is not near our home so the "not recommending" is no reflection on you. Barbara was very accommodating and a pleasure to have serve us.

The nachos are cheesy and huge, which is great, but the pork is a bit more bland than, say, the traditional spicy beef.
