The quality of the food used was the only less-than-stellar part of my experience. The service, however, was excellent.

The atmosphere was not especially friendly. The quiche that I ordered, was actually a plain quiche with toppings to make it look like Quiche Lorraine. Where we were seated by the window was on the cold side.

I am a Shari's club member. I came in to get the free piece of pie with any entree that was on my card. After I ordered and was eating, I noticed the little tent card on the table, where the exact item I ordered was already offered with a free piece of pie at a lower price. So I feel like I wasted my card reward and also paid more than I had to by ordering from the regular menu. The waitress never mentioned this when I ordered. Also, she was very abrupt and acted like she couldn't wait to hurry and rush away. I would expect this if your restaurant was very busy and she had to hurry quickly to serve other customers, but there was hardly anyone in there while I was there. Also, when she didn't come back to my table, I eventually asked a different waitress to bring more napkins. She never did. Aside from your pies, the food and service are consistently mediocre. I come for the pies, which are excellent.

Overall good meal. Did not rate Highly Satisfied because that means there is no room for improvement and I believe there is always room for improvement. I would only rate this if everything was on point and something out of the ordinary like a server singing or a manager coming out to greet guests and check satisfaction. Other than that it was an ok visit on service and food, no complaints.

There should always be room for improvement. On the scales you use there is none so Satisfied is as high as I would normally select for any item.

a really loud family group was seated next to us. Not really a problem the staff could do anything about
