the presentation of menu items on the menu and the way it was handled by the waitress was confusing, such that I inadvertently ordered three side orders with the two side food item. I only wanted the two which were included on the two side food item. I neither wanted to have or pay for an extra side item.

The portion of the restaurant where we were seated was "cold".

My mom ordered off the senior menu and found that the bacon didn't have any flavor

We were very thirsty and had to ask the neighboring server for refill of water as our server was just standing and talking to the kitchen staff for a very long while and when he returned he apologized but it was too late our meals were nearly done.

The Prime Rib sandwich had no taste, very very bland!

Eggs Benedict, sauce was not enough and very bland, flavorless, 1 of the two poached eggs over cooked. English muffins were like sponges, not good at all.

When I got home I saw they forgot my bacon. I never got an itemized receipt so I dont even know what I was charged for. The waffle was cold.

The pancakes were very dense and heavy and they and the hashbrowns had a rancid flavor. We said nothing to the server as she was too nice to bother with our problem.

The chicken that I ordered was called garlic chimichurri but I didn't taste like garlic at all. My friend's order of bacon was too burnt and she had to ask for better cooked bacon and it came quickly. I don't know why she was given overcooked, curled up bacon in the first place.

Overall I was generally happy with the food but when it arrived my english muffin was clearly burnt, both pieces. It made me feel like they really didn't care about the quality of what they were serving. How long would it have taken to toast another muffin. And the burnt sides were clearly visible on the plate which made me think that no one took a second look at my plate, the cook or the waitress! I am not a complainer so I just let it go but I would have been satisfied if the waitress had noticed as she set it down and then offered to get me a new one. At least I would have felt that it mattered.
