Just the potato cakes. Something not served in most area breakfast restaurants. So I would expect it to be well prepared. If not then why pay the price when breakfast otherwise is pretty much the same at your competitors. Eggs are eggs. Toast is toast-which I was not given any jelly for. (I did not ask I just assumed it would have been on the table or brought to me. I was offered ketchup or hot sauce but I did not think to ask for jam.)

Previous 2 visits in the month they were out of many items. On this visit when I finally got to order what I wanted because they had it in stock, it tasted old, absolutely no freshness to the food.

The server (Crystal) was fine, although we had to ask her twice for a water refill. I'd never before seen potato soup with tomatoes as an ingredient. Both of the soups were barely warm. The nachos were...well, let's just say I never should have ordered a Mexican dish at a Shari's... The desserts were delightful, if a bit overpriced.

When we got there took forever to be seated was passed up with the people behind us lady look back and said oh I forgot about you. When we got our food our hash browns were burned. Waitress hardly answered any of our questions. And acted like she was in a complete rush.

The 1 pound T-bone steak was horrible. Could not even cut the grissel off the meat. They did give me a second same thing. You should take it off the menu.

They seemed to be out of a lot of the menu items. The appetizer sampler did not have motzarella sticks. Nachos were not available as they were out of them. The waitress seemed frustrated because they were out of a lot of items.

Had to wait even though seats were available. Out of cinnamon rolls for French toast. Out of white bread for regular toast. Hash browns and pancakes were cold.

The waitress was very rude we toyed to tell her that we winged to order other stuff but she was too busy then she charged us wrong and don't care will not return to your store dirty n sticky seats when u clean a taple u should clean the seat too when I went to pay there was a big line becouse she screwed up other tables tickets

When entering the restaurant, there was a few people ahead of me. When asked if I was waiting to be seated, I said "No, I have a to go order that was placed on line" (Last time I did this, the cashier/server knew exactly who I was and saw the order pending) Her response was "Ok, your gonna have to wait" I was fine with that, but then she comes back looks at the screen on the register, then starts packing utensils. I simply said I did not need utensils, and her response saw me seeing red! She stated that "good to know, but I am not working on your order" "You will be next, and you will know" Really? Was she going to hit me upside with the burger I just ordered. How aggressive. It turns out she was packing a piece of pie to go for another customer. One that had to get up just to ask for her bill when I was entering. So she took the order of the pie, and now asks another server to deliver the pie, and take over helping me. Maybe because she was giggling too much with this other server in the back of the restaurant and was not ready to take on any more customers. So the other younger girl checks me out. I ask for a manager, explained. NONE of the employees had name tags!
