Walked into an almost empty restaurant waited 5 minutes for them to even acknowledge I come in the door. Witness to the waitress flirting with the cook through the window by a flying across the counter on to the order window he had to tell her I was there. Got seated finally got my drink made my order food came out was lukewarm the waitress Crystal never once came back by to ask how my meal was if I needed anything else I was out of a drink never got a refill until after I'd finished gave me my receipt I put my money on the table never came back by again later to good 20-30 minutes to see if she would come and take my money from the table never showed back up. Checking out didn't even ask me if I wanted my receipt back I had to ask for it I did not leave a tip some of the worst service I've ever had

At 130am I stopped at the Kent Shari's. The restaurant was loud and the staff was overwhelmed by two tables of what I can only describe as stupid customers. I'm not exaggerating. I sat for 10 mins staring at my iced tea and listening to two tables debate about what to get while the confused waitresses patiently listened to all the inane banter. I left $3 on the table for the iced tea. I drive to the Federal Way Shari's. We order. Eat. It is about 3am when we try to pay. I received an e-mail telling us that April 16/17 we would received $3 off an entree. Sliding the card should activate the $3 off, but it does not. Bear in mind it's just $3. I don't care that much. And here's why I am upset. The manager was rude and unhelpful in this situation. She was condescending. I came in and paid $29.19, plus a $5 tip for two entrees. I have a Shari's card. I have the advertisement on my phone that says April 16 and 17 $3 off. It's 3am. It's the 16th. Any entree $3 off. I'm looking right at it. I don't like being talked down to. I don't like being giving BS responses when it's clear someone didn't want to do her job. April 16 starts at 12am. Not after YOUR shift is over. Character limit.

I ordered the Prime Rib. While I understand that Shari's is not the typical destination for phenominal Prim Rib, when I asked what sides come with, the server simply said, "It comes as pictured." The photograph showed a potato, a highly season, crusted piece of beef, and what appeared to be 3 onion Rings. I acknowledged and then let our server take my husband's order. He ordered the Onion Ring Appetizer. Our server than told him that they were out of onion rings. I immediatedly wondered why she hadn't told me this when I ordered the Prime Rib, and asked what could I get as a substitute. She then indicated that they were just like garnishes - that is not what the photographs showed. I asked if they could grill up some fresh onions as a simple ganish, and she said she would see what could be done. When my dinner arrived, there were no onions rings or grilled onions, and there was no herb crust on my beef. Our server offered no explanation for the missing onions, nor did she offer any substitutes. The beef was prepared correctly, save for the herb crust, but my potato was overcooked. I was not satisfied with my meal or the service I received.

My eggs were not cooked all the way and my hash was burnt. I sent my eggs back and they came back with egg shells in them.

It was Pi day so we wanted famous pies. The service was unbelievably slow... They were clearly short staffed. The pie was alright but I was expecting better. The host/busser/cashier/manager was struggling to keep everything together however our server was friendly enough, although clearly unnerved by how busy it was.

All I was able to order was coffee then I waited about 20 to 30 minutes for someone to take my order I decided just to pay for the coffee that I ordered and go somewhere Coffee to expensive

I paid at the location and the woman helping me was too worried about what her two coworkers behind her were talking about rather than making sure my experience was satisfying. She spoke maybe three words to me all business related. She just wanted me in and out. There was no customer service experience. I order two eggs Benedict’s both had no holandaise sauce on them and the eggs on both were so over cooked that the yolk inside was hard boiled. The hash browns on all orders were mushy and seemed like they were just microwaved warm instead of cooked fresh. I would like my money back but I would rather not return to this location at all and just lose out on my money.

The food ordered was the Prime rib submarine sandwich. I ate half of it and took the other half home. Time was 6:52 when we paid for our meals. By 10:00 I had shooting pains in my stomach. Took 2 Ginger Root 550 mg capsules and went to bed. Woke up at 2:18 and upchucked my dinner, which lasted until after 3:00. Extreme pain in my stomach sweating, feeling faint. My husband called Shari's, manager to share our challenge. It took him several hours to return the call. He was not helpful and was going to brush this off until my husband confronted him. He then said that he would buy my meal the next time we go there to eat. He said that our call was the only one he had received. We are not satisfied with his response to this situation. Not happy customers.

Nobody made eye contact there was no greeting we were sat by the dish station which we had kids so we understand when she came to take our drink order there was no hi hello nothing she didn't even look at them the eye we asked for lemon in our water did not get the lemon had to ask twice ordered our food took a really long time when it came the kids meal was burnt one of the omelets was burnt and the other omelette wasn't an omelette it was a scramble because they messed it up the employees were more concerned about not getting a birthday gift from an employee rather than helping us when I brought it to the manager's attention she told me she can't believe we're having this conversation and looked at a sarcastically i thanked her for her apology sarcastically and left we have been going to Shari's for a while this was the first time at this location and we will never return depending on how this is handled we might go to a different location thank you
