First off, I had to ask someone to take my order. I ordered the prime rib dinner, medium rare. What I got was a ugly curled piece of GREY meat, not a drop of pink to be seen. There is no way this was sliced off a prime rib roast. The flavor bland, the meat was tough. The onion rings were dripping with grease and soggy. I was just travelling though on my way to Canada. I did not complain because I was in a hurry and did not have time to wait for another dish. The pie, backed potato and french toast were satisfactory. I will not recommend this restaurant to anyone!

Well, another pretty miserable experience at Shari's. This is 3 times in a row. Distracted/short staffed wait staff, 45 minutes to get our food, had to ask for menus, coffee and napkins (which never arrived), plus pie for Mary and Gloria (never arrived). Since my pie (Mary)never arrived I asked them to take the price off of my bill and that never happened. I was charged $3.99 for the pie.

We have a monthly club meeting at your restaurant, about 5-8 members. We started 6 months ago, everything was fine. Last two months, it's obvious you are cutting down on wait staff and possibly cooks. One waiter/waitress trying to do everything, ridiculous. Had to ask for things repeatedly, some were given to us, others not. Two of our members ordered pie, took so long they gave up. We are moving our meetings to IHOP.

First my silverware was dirty. It took forever to get our food. I ordered 2 eggs over easy. One of the eggs yolk had been broke and had fried. I showed the waitress. She said she could of got me another, (I showed her after I ate rest of meal). When I told her I didn't want to wait so long to eat. She said we only have one cook and it was busy. Only have the restaraunt was even open and not full. She seemed to just make excuses, no apology at all. She said she would tell her manager. I never heard anything else from anyone. I just ate the eggs, left no tip and it's doubtful I come back to that Sharis.

When we ordered we asked first that the sour dough toast be toasted to a Golden color. It was partially toasted and the rest was just bread. The butter was globbed in the middle of the pieces and not spread or melted. Second the hash browns were just warmed potatoes, there was no crispness at all to them. They were yucky. We were very disappointed in the toast, since we specifically asked for it to be toasted, since we know sour dough is hard to toast. Waitress asked if everything was ok, but that was at the beginning just after she served the meal. We were not into it at that time. We had to be somewhere so we left half of the one meal and paid and left. Worst meal ever at a Shari's, and we like to go to Shari's. Very disappointed. However, the steak was okay. Hooray one item.

I tried to make a to go order & pay for it to be picked up right away. The server Michelle was very rude, & said that even if I paid for my order they still did not take orders to go after 10pm & that I would prolly have tofind someplace else to eat for tonight. I don't understand that since I have been a steady patron of this (the federal way wa) location for the last 2 years why I can't PAY for my order & pick it up. Instead I have to be subjected to rude service & crazy policies. I continue to return to this location ONLY for the server Bailey who is absolutely excellent. Give that girl a raise because every time I go in there she is always amazing. Please Shari's, please make it a better experience for a loyal customer who comes here at least 7-10 times a month.

We stood at the door waiting for at least 5 mins and no one really said anything like we will be with you. Then we got seated and the server said she would be right back and came back like 10 mins later. The manager didn't really seem to wanna help, he just walked around

We were seated promptly and very few other patrons in the establishment. Our waitress never came and took our order so another waitress did that. I ordered steak Medium Well. Our waitress did bring our food but never checked on us. My Steak was Medium at best. Tea walked by and asked how everything was. We explained and she corrected the issue. Waitress only came over to our table when Tea was there. Tea comp'd my steak and gave me an additional piece of pie. While she was getting the pie, our waitress came over and asked what type of pie we wanted. When I told her Tea was bringing my free one she says" well, I guess she doesn't trust me with the pie"! We found her rude and very inept. The ONLY time she was at our table was when Tea was there.
