I am still in shock that our bill was $48.97 for the worst food ever. We ordered 4 meals, and barely any of it was edible. This was the worst food preparation and the worst food taste I've ever experienced at a restaurant. It was cold and disgusting. The english muffin was cold and limp, the bacon was cold and soggy, my son whose never turned down a pancake in his life wouldn't touch his pancakes, and all my husband could taste on his burger is the overwhelming taste of BBQ sauce. This is the experience we received after waiting 25 minutes for a table. No staff member seemed to care that we hardly ate anything. They repeatedly asked how our experience was and we said "not good" and they literally said "great!" We won't be back EVER, but what might make a customer happy is if the food was worth the insane amount that you charge and if you listen to your customer who clearly isn't enjoying the experience.

Waitress had trouble getting a simple order down - (maybe because she didn't write it down ?!)- I order tea, and chicken fried steak - and told her LOTS of blue cheese dressing - that's it. Simple order - eh? As she is walking away she asks that was ranch dressing right? Duh. No! Food is the primary reason for my writing this complaint It was bland, tasteless chicken fried steak. I added salt - then a LOT of salt - it still had no taste! 2nd - Although it was just me - the waitress entered and presented a bill to me for two teas - I only had one glass ! It wasn't rush hour either !! In fact the restaurant was practically empty !! 3rd - The waitress never said "Hi !" or engaged me in any conversation - creating a pleasant dining experience. Maye that's why your restaurant was almost empty ! 4) After I got the bill corrected (with no real apology!) - I went to the restroom. As I got up - I noticed ANTS or some kind of long crawling insects around and behind the toilet ! YUK !!! I am not writing this to get the Cinnamon Roll or the Stuffed Hashbrowns etc, etc. - I am just writing to tell you how LOUSY your restaurant is - and that I will not be back!!

I ordered online the Potato pancakes with bacon, 2 eggs over medium and a la carte hash. When I arrived to pick up they had made ham with it. No eggs and no hash, they rushed to make it. I received a half portion of hash, it was not fully cooked and only 1 egg. The manager apologized ordered me free pie. I told him I hate pie so he told me to give away the coupons and sent me on my way. Needless to say I am still hungry and was late to work. I will not be returning to this location and going to one further away from my home in the future.

It was Christmas day, so I can understand it taking awhile for my order but I was very specific in what my order was & they still got it wrong, after I told them about the problem they resolved it. However there was something that I did not bring to the attention of the management & I should have & if I go there again & the same server is rude to me I will involve the management. My actual server did an ok job considering the mistake, I still tipped her $3.00, so my actual problem is with another server that was rude when I was nice to her. I thought she was nice looking & when she walked by my table I told her that I wanted to give her a compliment & to wish her a Merry Christmas & that I thought she was very pretty. I did not hit on her or ask her for her phone # or ask if she was single, I just wanted to give her a compliment & wish her a good holiday, I did so with class & her response was to just walk away & it was very rude. 1) It was Christmas 2) I am a customer 3) I gave her a nice compliment, the least she should have done was say thank you that is nice of you to say & Merry Christmas to you. That was all I expected but instead she did not even smile & rudely walked off.

Ordered a strawberry roubarb pie when I got home it was berry....my mouth was w a tering for strawberry roubarb
