Friendliness of waitress and knowledge of menu and recommended a better alternative

Everyone I encountered was polite and friendly the seating area looks remodeled / only thing can think negatively is the person cleaning the floor should only do so away from people eating there good , My waitress was one of the best I've ever incounted

We came because Bob's across the street was closed. They were our favorite but after today we will be coming to Sharis. The waitress, Colle, was great, experienced and friendly. The Manager was even running around talking to guests and cleaning tables for her. They make a great team! Thanks

My experience at Sharis in moses lake was wonderful! So many nice people and a great place to be around with my family.

I was very satisfied with my experience at this Shari's Restaurant because the service i got was wonderful and my meal was very delicious. I loved the wonderful atmosphere and the great selection of items on the menu. :)

I am a regular breakfast customer. The Manager Chris and the two morning waitresses, Ellen and Lois, call me by name, ask about my family, how I am doing, etc. It feels like being with family there. I show them photos that I have taken and we talk about things when we can. I have two different breakfast choices that I eat and both of them know that I want if I say the usual or I'm changing my choice today. Lois was my waitress today and and she was handling many tables by herself and she did deals with this so well.
