Shari's

They were very fast and sweet

We have been going to Shari's for over 10 years. Yes there have been times when problems came up but the staff and management fixed right away. When it is busy time these things happen. We would not keep going back if things were not good. Our server this visit was Brandy. She is very good at her job. Every thing we ordered and asked for was prompt on delivery. Kevin the manager even came over to say hello . Good food and Good service . What more could one ask for.

Food was great Server was very friendly, o try the Mediterranean burger And will eaten again Great meal

My waitress Brittney went above and beyond as a waitress not waitress, not only to me but to all her other customers it was a pleasure to see her attentiveness to us all. Been a long time since I have seen this kind of service. Also impressed with the manager . It was a busy Sunday lunch time and he was taking orders out to people allowing quick service to us all. I stopped going to Sheri's because of poor customer service. You sure have me back and looking forward to lunch at Shari's next Sunday.

Even though your restaurant was very busy, our server Brandy made sure to let us know that she knew we were there and would be with us soon. She was friendly, courteous, and when she found out it was my birthday, she made my pie special by writing Happy Birthday on my plate with chocolate syrup. She was great with my mother and my granddaughter. She kept our drinks filled and checked back with us several times to be sure all was okay. Great service from Brandy!!

Your staff was excellent in service, seating, and making sure we received what we needed. Over and above ! We are senior citizens. Husband is in a wheel chair and has loss of memory and the waitresses all made sure that all was well and MORE! THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH. THAT IS WHY WE LOVE SHARIS.

The waitress Rachelle and manager were very polite! Very good food, accurate orders! Very fast and great service! Will be sure to return on my next road trip and suggest to my friends who are going to go on the same road trip!

We didn't have to wait but just a couple of minutes to be seated. And were asked if we would like coffee, water, pop. The coffee and water were brought to us right away and the hostess said the waitress's name will be taking our order. The waitress ensured my water glass was filled each time she came by. :-)
