Brenda always is friendly and so efficient with me and my co workers ! She knows are time is limited and has are drinks ready and to go boxes ready knowing we take half home with us

Always the BEST experience--such a welcome improvement from the way Shari's was several years ago. Food is also much-improved too.Soup is always piping hot with a garnish and no "dribbles" of soup on the edge. The only minor complaint is the noise of the plates (LOUD) when one particular server tosses them into the bin near the station next to the bathroom. (Not today, though). One more for all restaurants: don't see any hair nets and please don't run the sweeper next to us when we're eating! Very unappetizing, to say the least.Haven't witnessed these last two sentences at Shai's,however.Guess I'm too old--liked the past better because the old-timers really did things correctly. We had the greatest waitress, her name is Krystal and she's awesome,keeps us over the road team driver's coming back! The food is extremely wonderful and the restaurant always has a warm welcome. My husband and I have been coming back since our first visit thanks to Krystal!!! Best waitress!!

I like the menu for the many alternatives offered. This time I had breakfast from the senior page, a Mexi-skillet. Service was fast.
