Costumer service and speedy great food

Great visit the server was on top of it. I seen the manager even helping by cleaning and running food. There was a older lady that was there as another manager I believe.

Marlie was my waitress today. She was very friendly. Checked on me during the visit to see if everything was going good. She had my iced tea full at all times, I never had to ask for a refill. I will definitely return. Hopefully I will be seated in Marlie's section again.

The service and food was better then most restaurants we have been in.

Much better associates than other establishments. Order was accurate and timely. Food was as good as it gets.

Manager was amazing. Recommended a good meal and was super polite. He told me his name but I didn't catch it.

Food, service and staff were great. The reason it took too long to get our food was that a big influx of customers just happened to arrive as we were waiting. The reason we will not return to this Shari's anytime soon is that our foreseeable travel routes for the remainder of this year will not pass by this facility. We will use it next summer when we again pass by on that I-90 route. We will keep using this facility.

Everyone was warm and polite. I didn't wait long for a table nor for my food. The food was delicious, I find that most establishment have a hard time making over easy eggs without making it too gooey, but the eggs were perfect.

Great service...awesome food...friendly all the way around!

Marlie was fantastic and made my breakfast very enjoyable. A real pleasure as a server and highly recommend her. A+++++
