We had the best waitress ever. She was nice, and patient. She checked on us throughout the visit. Her name is krystal. 258095

Server Rachelle greeted me at the front with a smile and promptly took my order. Her positive attitude made my experience a great one!

The service and staff at the Moses Lake Shari's is very prompt and courteous

The wait staff were excellent. I thought management appeared weak to me. We waited to be seated for 8 mins while 2 waitresses hurried around to serve tables, very kindly telling us they would be right with us. Speaking from a managerial stand point, proper staffing would be more efficient.

My waitress (Colle-5) was great but there didn't seem to be enough waitstaff on duty to seat patrons. The waitress' seemed legitimately very busy waiting on a large number of tables. Seems like a management issue.

I arrived at the Moses Lake Shari's with my little sister and seeing the parking lot was suspecting a massive crowd and long wait times. NOPE! We were seated in two minutes at a booth for comfort, drinks were brought to us in less than a minute (including refills), food was delivered about 10 minutes after ordering and cooked just perfectly. Even my bacon was just right! The waitress had fun jokes and was genuinely happy. I would recommend going here to anyone. Especially on pie day!
