Hostess took forever to seat us with booths available to sit at then she was nowhere to be found when we were paying our server Krystal Checked us out

Good waitress and food came out right plus coffee right away

We are usually very satisfied with our experience at Shari's. The service was excellent. But the soup was only warm...that affected the taste. It would have tasted better if the soup were hot. But we did not complain to our waitress, it was not her fault. She was very sweet to us, we were tired and decided it was not worth the time to send the soup back. Other than the soup not being hot our meal was very good.

There's nothing spectacular to make me say HIGHLY satisfied. Everything was good, there's just nothing that makes me say it was amazing. My server, Flor, was great though. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and fast.

Food was not cooked to my wishes. I asked for crispy bacon and potatoes and did not get them.

We went most of our meal with nothing to drink. And my husband ordered stuffed hash browns which he did not get. The manager helped us though.

Food was soggy after let steak juice soak bread and French fries, fries cold and steak a lot gristle

Just stopped in for drinks. First time in area. Will be in for breakfast. Our server Rachelle was real nice. And helpful. Will rate food tomorrow

The order came out in sections as there were 7 of us, therefore, some received their meals then a little later a couple more received their order and then finally the last order was received, this after 4 of us was already done. Not acceptable at all.

Overall, I WAS highly satisfied. Something in the nachos was bad. I order these often, but this time, as soon as I took the first bite, I spit it out. I thought it was the salsa, but the server said it was expired cheese. I was afraid to have them recooked.
