Waitress was new so had some issues entering order into computer. He immediately sought help to solve the problem. She was very pleasant and eager to please. She will be great when she is more familiar with your computer system.

Our waitress was phenomenal. She greeted us right away and got our drinks promptly. Our dissatisfaction with our experience was because of the way management let another customer verbally abuse our waitress. They were standing around while our waitress went from table to table trying to help as many customers as possible but one particular table was be down right verbally abusive and taking all of her time away from other customers in the restaurant. Our waitress handle it a lot better then I would have. She stood there and smiled and kept apologizing, not once blamed anyone else, and kept asking the customers how she could do things better for them. There were two managers standing around and watching our waitress try her hardest yet no one helped her. I was really impressed with how well CaitlinB handled herself and she is the reason we will come back. We will definitely request her to wait on us.

Cost of the food was too high for the portion size and we had to send the quiche back to be heated. It was almost cold. It was mostly egg with tiny bits of meat.

I continuously seem to have issues with this specific store. Order accuracy is important, thus asking for a cheese burger with no veggies, and having it come out with veggies, to having food overcooked. I've had pancakes served to me that were not golden brown, tasted burnt and crunchy, to over cooked french fries. I've had servers fail to check up on drink refills, even look at empty glasses and not offer to refill it or even offer to get water for over 15 minutes, meanwhile I sit and eat my food hoping that I'll get something to help wash the food down with. This visit just adds to the list of frustration(s). I'm a regular to Shari's, eating at this establishment through all these issues, and keep coming back, but when a regular says they've never been charged to change from a flavored lemonade to something from the soda fountain, which of lesser value, to tell them they have to pay for 1 glass of diet, that just ruins things for me. I'm diabetic, and there are not many opens for a diabetic that are sugar free, once in a while I like to splurge and get something with a different flavor, and now I'm told I have to pay to make this change. Guess what, I'm no longer a guest.

The steak was undercooked - rare instead of medium, and the waitress did not pay attention to the details of the online order, specifically the pie flavors we had ordered. We ordered one slice of a Gourmet Pie - Creamy Caramel Pecan Crunch, and one slice of a Classic Pie - Strawberry Rhubarb. She had to be reminded that we ordered pie, she forgot it and was going to send us out the door without it. Then she gave us Chocolate Cream pie and Marionberry pie, so she did not even look at the order. Because it was a to go order we did not check it until we were home and were unpacking the order. We paid more for a slice of Gourmet pie, and we did not get it since both slices we received are on your Classic Pie menu.

I was seated with the back of my chair touching the chair behind me, and when the man in the chair behind me moved I felt it. Our waitress took a break after we ordered, and before we got our food. I asked the manager where she was. My husband asked for a second mimosa, and he was given wine in a bottle and a very small like creamer size amount of orange juice instead of a new glass of juice. My quiche was very small. The wait for the food was long. When I got up to pay I stood behind someone at the register, and the employee ringing up the person in front of me finished that transaction then walked away from me without saying anything to me or the two parties behind me in the line. The restaurant could be great if they would get more attentive employees, and more bus boy type people. There were lots of dirty dishes around on the tables.
