Expected to have an item that we have been seeing advertised. Asked about it was pointed to an item on the menu and told this is it. Was later told, oh that was discontinued. However it is still being advertised as I am writing this.

The waiting time to receive the order was too long, some where between 25 and 30 minutes from time the order was placed and receiving it. Temperature within the building was too cold along with circulating air it was not a comfortable temperature.The appearance within the restaurant has declined with in the last 6 mos. To me the price that was paid for the food is too high. Thanks

The floor under my table was so sticky my feet were glued to the floor and my shoes continued to be sticky when I left. The menu was smaller at this Sheri's, my husband didn't order because there were no scrambles he could order. We only ordered two meals and our total was almost 40.00, that is way to expensive for a breakfast.

The employees don't seem friendly they don't greet the customers and they take a long time to service. I went in to buy a pie waited for 15 minutes before was serviced never was greeted. They seem to not want to be there the service is one of the worse I have experienced from a restaurant. I have worked customer service for years so know customers service. The pie I got wasn't really that good either probably won't go back for awhile just cause of the customer service is so bad.

Food was cold and soup was watery and didn’t taste good. Took a very long time to get pie. Server didn’t check back with us. Took a very long time to get check.

You guys should get a sing In sheet up front. So cmall group like me dont go unnoticed. I understand you guys get busy and may get difficult to keep track of who came in first. Not only was I skipped to be asked how many in my group but a family that had just gotten there got a seat before me. They just assume I was with a different group instead of asking me.
