Steak was tough both times. Overcooked on first try. Undercooked second ttry.

I patronized your restaurant and paid for my meal. But that was not good enough for you. You sent me home with a task to perform (filling out this lengthy survey) for your benefit using my time and my computer and my internet connection. This arrogance and presumption on your part that I should perform work for you for free annoys me so much that I will no longer patronize your restaurants.

Our server Caitlin didn't offer refills on our drinks. We had to ask for silverware and straws and didn't get them til I had to ask again when we received our food. She didn't come ask or check on what we needed til we were done and all she asked was if we were taking a pie home we said no so she said I'll get your check. Very unpleasant

My eggs and bacon were greasy, bacon was chewie. After food order was place, it was too slow. I asked for a straw for my hot chocolate. The whip cream melted by the time I got up and asked for straw myself. We don’t go out to eat often, we usually prefer you over going to Dennis restaurant. Now we might of we’ll go to drive thru McDonald’s. Service would of have been faster. Specially since our 3 and 5 yro Gkids were bouncing of the seat when food arrived. So we were disappointed😒😒😒😒

My husband ordered the Salmon dish and usually loves Salmon, but this was just very fishy tasting, not typical of Salmon. I love prime rib medium rare and it came with almost looking well done.. Husband did not like the rice and even the baked potato did not seem fresh. Sorry but will not be coming back.

In my opinion Staff is not trained. Salad came out with dinner. Staff is not paying attention to details like katsup, steak sauce, refills, and or another drink. It's the little things. Food was good. Take drink order come back to order food. No seems to be in charge of floor.

We were pleased to hear of the refurb at this location because we had recently vowed never to go back because it was so disgustingly dirty and the salad greens were never fresh. The last several times we have gone I have ordered the salmon. Sometimes the senior plate but it had been dry the last several times so I tried the regular plate. The salmon was still very overcooked. I want to say that I loved the clean new decor and noticed that the salad greens were a big improvement over the past, but the salmon being the main course sort of ruined the whole deal. We like Shari's prices but we never go unless we have lots of time to kill. It takes Denny's down the street about 10 minutes to get your meal to your table. It has been a couple of years since Shari's came anywhere close. It took 40+ minutes to get our food after ordering. The only reason we keep trying to go is because my husband is addicted to the Berry Trio Pie.

I come to Sharis quite often and I always order the Lunch Trio with the Lorraine Quiche so I know the portion size of the Quiche my slice of Quiche was about 1/2 the size it usually is and I said to the waitress that it was too small she said it was the normal portion I did not argue with her but I order it often so I know the size as leaving I walked past someone having the same thing and her piece of Quiche was twice the size of mine I will probably return but I am very dis-statisfiyed with my portion as a rule of thumb the customer is always right I told her I order it all the time and know the portion size the meal wasn't worth what I paid for it.

first of all I've been to several Sharies lately and the coffee is always terrible. If you are going to stick with this brand of coffee then you need to offer strong or mild. the way you serve it is undrinkable. second I wanted three Pancakes with my eggs, was told I would have to pay extra, cause three wasn't a option so i said ok but I didn't expect to pay $3.15 for one egg, think that's a little of a over charged.

Took to long to place my order. Vegetables were burned.
