Order of my food was not understood food cold under cooked coffee cold had to ask for my bill .steak was not big enough to feed any one overpriced no options for some one who doesn't eat potatoes or bread was given bread after told the waitress no bread or onion rings .but the upside good coffee when I got a hot cup two tries to get that right

ordered eggs benedict. . the eggs were hard. i sent them back to the kitchen.. . 1 egg fixed. while the rest of my breakfast was COLD!

It took too long to take our order. Our wine order was overlooked. My wife's side order of bacon was forgotten. I had to wait too long for the check to be presented. Both of our orders of hash browns were cold.

The wait staff were good . It's just you could tell the cooks didn't care,couldn't cook or all of the above. I had to send my child's pancake back because it wasn't cooked , and the second one I received was still very under cooked . I had the stuffed hash browns upon initial reaction thought to be a little lacking in portion and missing ingredients(no bacon,shallots,or sour cream) there remedy for this was 2 little cups of shallots and bacon. The steak was obviously under cooked and had absolutely no seasoning added. And my eggs had no seasoning and we're very watery. The overall appearance of this restaurant seemed dirty too. I was planning on purchasing a pie to take home but didn't want to give them any more business.also I overheard a discussion about the cinnamon rolls being "not good" (in a prepared way not the way they taste) and I think it's deplorable for a business to know something is not "up to par" and still serving it to customers. Overall I don't think I will ever return.

The restaurant was very understaffed but they got to us as quickly as possible. The BIG problem was a male member of the kitchen staff came out and carried on a conversation with our server on the other side of the station wall. His conversation was about how hungover he was and how he got into a bar fight with three other guys the night before but didn't end up in jail. You know, this is far more information I would want to know and really isn't important to have it said where other customers could hear. I have not been happy with this location for a long long time but we thought since the Wenatchee location was so good we would try it again. Nope. Not going back to that location again. Thanks.

I returned to Shari's after a previous unpleasant experience, enticed by some coupons from the manager and his assurance that things had changed. Once again, the wait staff was phenomenal to work with. However on this trip, once again the coffee decanter I was brought was not clean. There was a scum on the inside of the pour spout that I could scrape off with my fingernail. I tried to overlook this and ordered my favorite meal, prime rib. The waitress asked me how I like it prepared, I replied with the rarest possible but still hot all the way through. I heard her tell the cook this. However, when my food arrived, the meat was cold to the touch. The waitress asked me how my food was, I said it was cold. She took it back to the kitchen, and repeated what I said the first time. When she brought the food out again, the meat was still cold. She took it back again and repeated my instructions for the 4th time and finally it came out quasi warm. I ate it because I was tired of sending it back and extremely hungry. However, it was the worst prime rib I have ever eaten.

All of our dishes and flat ware were dirty. Some had simple smudges, others had what appeared to be jam and other food stuffs smeared all over them. Both of the coffee pots we were brought were filthy and did not look like the had been washed in a long time.

Pastrami sandwich bread was smashed almost to tortilla thickness and had many black specs showing the griddle was not being properly cleaned. All the ingredients were piled in the middle of the sandwich making it hard to handle and enjoy. There was litter on the floor behind the counter and the tile did not look clean. The wood doors and handles were not at all clean. This was particularly unpleasant at the restroom. The cheese on the burger was strange in color and texture and was not melted. The patty was good but the other ingredients were not.

We requested our side salad first but never got it. The pecan roll was cold ask to heat it up and she said she already did. The mozzarella sticks were cold. They brought our food at different times and not all together. She brought the Sirloin brn pltr without the steak. She said it was still cooking! It would be nice to recieve all the food together so we can eat together.

For the third time, my family's pie orders have gotten messed up. First time the pies were not prepared, second time the order was given to someone else, and this last time I was not put on a pick up list so I had to wait while they ran around trying to find my pies.
