The waitress was very nice, we were seated right away and are food was good. But once we were seated it took forever to get are drink and food orders.

Service was slow but the staff was nice. A lot of people around us said they had waited a half hour for their food and 20 just for their drinks.

Ordered chicken fried steak with baked potato/salad and soup. Steak was overcooked/very crisp & hard to cut into bite sizes using a steak knife. Hard to chew, Potato must have been baked a long time ago. Soup was cold. Roll was cold. Salad was made with wilted stuff & looked bad. Was a horable price to pay ($23.28) for what we received & it was my friends birthday to boot. Very disappointed.

The waitress that we had (Deborah H) was friendly enough, she seemed unorganized as to whom she should be getting orders for did not take our drink order right away. When she finally did it took at least 10 minutes another waitress came and took our drink order(coffee, and strawberry lemonade) and we had it within less than 3 minutes. Deborah took our order at about 6:15 to 6:20 the order did not get turned in until 6:35 then we did not receive our food until about 7:10 it came to the table ice cold and the soup was not what I ordered but Deborah failed to tell me that they were out of the cheese broccoli soup until she brought my plate to me with a substitute of her choosing and again it was ice cold. She tried saying that the wait was due to a sudden rush in customers, which was not true we watched others who had come in way after we did receive their food. We were not the only couple that was not happy with the service another couple who came in several minutes before us did not receive their food until the same time we did. 7:10 p.m. Deborah needs some more training on being organized. She was very friendly and tried to be helpful but she could not undo what had already

My server "misty" was the worst I ever experienced from a server, she was angry and had an attitude the whole time seem like she didn't want to be there, and even another server asked her looks like you don't want to be here and she said I don't, she only acted nice when boss lady was walking thru, then at the end I asked her can I get a strawberry and banana shake to go man I thought she was gonna loose it first she pulled the blender cup that she threw in the sink a minute ago and didn't wash and it still had soap running all over cup and top she put all ingredients in it with soap and started blending then put the cup on table and I grab it , I didn't want to be rude headed with her to register and she walk past it and started doing something else after that she came to register and check me out I paid $25,82 for the trail boss, potato soup, and shake, seemed like it was kinda high but didn't want to say anything, didn't want to see her snap, heck I even left her a tip , what ever helps her day get better oh and I left the shake next to register and walked away,

We were regular sharis customers ....for years. Today we came in for lunch to order the magnificent sharis chocolate milk shake and we received a little 8 ounce shake half filled with whipped cream. I immediately communicated with our server and she said corporate had downsized the size of the milk shakes and food portions as well. When i come into sharis i want the shake you have served for years, the best shake in town, the shake where they give you the stainless steel mixer bowl, and where you get two shakes for one! You corporate guys, the bean counters have ruined sharis!!!!! There were only four parties in the restaurant...I should have known something was up!! if you wantto further communicate with me ....Col. Thomas M. We were sat right away and it seemed promising. The waitress took a while to greet us once we sat. She was not pleasant at all

I ordered an omelet, with toast. I asked for another kind of jam instead of the "house jam. The waitress was very rude when she said yes there were other kinds and walked away. It took over 5 minutes to get the other jam and when it came she had brought me sugar free instead of regular. I then asked for sour cream for my omelet because it was so dry. When a different waitress brought the sour cream I had to ask for regular jam instead of the sugar free. She brought me one package after another couple of minutes. By then my toast was cold. We eat at Shari's in Spokane very often and are very happy with their service and food. This will be the last time I eat at Shari's in Moses Lake.

Took forever after being seated by the hostess to be greeted by the server. Took forever to get drinks. Server wasn't knowledgable when asked questions. Server only brought out half our tables salads before the meal, and the other half AFTER receiving the meal. Most food tasted ok but the vegetables had an AWFUL taste like they were burnt. Food was barely warm. After server dropped off our food we NEVER seen her again. We sat there for an hour after getting our food and she NEVER checked on us again. Eventually had to grab the attention of who I assumed was a manager to get any service. Server never brought us our check. And THEN when paying for my bill I was CHARGED for a side salad, that my meal CAME WITH. unfortunately didn't realize that until I got home. RIDICULOUS. Overall highly disastified from start to finish of my experience. And as someone who only eats out on a rare occasion (once every couple months)that made it even more disappointing. Sharis was once my favorite restaurant to come too, but it will be a long time until I'll be back.

Over charged. Poor quality. Sent raw shrimp back to be finished it came back cold in the same dish. Lettuce was brown and limp. Waitress could not remember to bring water. Was charged extra for food that was not ordered. Mozzarella sticks were ice Cold served with only a tablespoon of sauce. GRlic bread was greesy ant not cooked on both sides
