I ordered the cheddar and broccoli soup and it was barely warm. My friend ordered the the prime rib and it was also barely warm and cooked too long. The sauteed vegetables were barely warm and flavorless. My friend ordered a prime rib to go and that one was HOT! We were very dissatisfied. We wont be back for quite a while. What has happened in there?

took my wife out to dinner to celebrate her birthday. We were seated and had menus and drinks in a timely manner. But then had no one come take our order for over 20min. We tried to get managers attention but was unsuccessful. Finally waitress came over and asked if we were ready, I told her yes, we'd been waiting for over 20 minutes. She gave a quick oh i'm sorry, what can i get you. When our food was brought out to us, she never came back to see how we were doing or fill our empty drinks and had to go to cash register to ask for ticket. Very disappointed in the staff. We are frequent customers and my wife was looking forward to a nice dinner. Very disappointed

I ordered the traditional breakfast with one egg soft scrambled I got your mixture for scrambled egg served cold and runny I did not order pre mix eggs I ordered one egg soft scrambled and bacon and cakes the cakes were great. I was served hard cold pre cooked bacon but I was told a story that it was cooked to order what a tale that was if my bacon was cooked to order the bacon would have had bubbles of fat on it and would not been hard as a rock. How stupid do you think your customers are. Really people. I paid for what I ordered but that's not at all what you served me. I hope you are very happy that you ant get a egg and bacon right!!!!!!

Left off Philly option so I sent it back, came back fixed. Eggs swimming in grease..had to blot with napkin. Prime rib was old and really well done. Had to tell her that there was no horseradish sauce on my plate. Started to eat and had to ask for my salad. Had to wait 15 mim to order. Long for food to get correct.little over 1 hour from entering to leaving and we were traveling. Was free pie day and not offered until we were paying.

Waitress wasn't exactly happy to see us, took forever to seat, took forever to take order, didn't come check on us.

Service was poor. We were not given an option of soup, sal or fries! The server picked it for us! We would of had dessert if it had been offered to us. We felt rushed and unimportant. Not likely we will return to this sharis anytime soon!

1. Coffee tasted like crude oil and was luke warm. 2. Asked for a glass of ice water, took waitress 15 min to come back to the table to check on us (after we'd placed empty carafe at end of table) and I had to ask for a second time for ice water. 3. A couple that came in after us was seated, ordered, ate and left before we received our food. 4. We had a table of 4 for breakfast, 2 of us got our food about 5 min before the other 2. 6. The Breakfast sampler that I ordered came out with warm pancakes, but the eggs and hash browns were cold. When I mentioned to the host, she gave a half "sorry". 7. Country fried steak was order with eggs over easy, the eggs came out hard. The waitress did bring out new eggs.

We waited 10 minutes to be seated, while they cleaned tables, even though there was a large area closed off. Then we waited another 15 minutes to get our coffee. Once the food arrived the gravy was cold and not enough to cover the steak or biscuit. I had to send my water back because the glass was dirty. When she brought out the second glass it was dirty also, and the water cloudy.

We were very dissatisfied with our most recent visit. We were server cold food, we sent out food back and it came back grease the food was tolerable. The pies were alright, not like we expect, we were not even offer new food and a percentage off the bill. Very disappointing will not be returning
