Rapid service and good, tasty food at a reasonable price. We qualify for the seniors menu and like to take advantage of the prices and appropriate volume of food.

Just very busy, but i was treated very well

Our waitress was very attentive and made sure our glasses were always refilled of our drinks. And the Tater tots were delicious and had just the right amount of crunch.

My wife and I visit sharis every other week on our way home, each visit Alexis is always our favorite waitress. She always has a bright smile on her face and never forgets our coffee and favorite creamer, several times she has had it already sitting on the table when we walk in. Amazing service . I am writing today not because of our waitress but a problem I watched between Alexis and another server. The server was blonde and very loudly degrading Alexis to another server. My wife also caught a glimps of the blonde pretending to pour hot coffee on Alexis's back while she was standing in front of another table conversating, the server seamed to know these customers also and was antagonizing Alexis. Later we over heard Alexis mention it to the manager who didn't do anything about it, she also had said the blonde tossed her energy drink she brought to work intentionally, the manager did nothing about this issue either . I'm writing to you with high hopes the issues will be handled. Me and my wife watched Alexis leave in tears after the manager said "Are you going to do your job or go home" Alexis awared us she was leaving and gave my wife our ticket we left shortly after.
